Very smooth experience using this app for the better part of a year now.  One bit of feedback: the pickup reminder alerts don’t seem to react to same-day changes to bookings (e.g. if parents add an hour or two, the pickup reminder alerts still pop up 15 minutes before the original end time for the booking, not the new time).  Thanks for this helpful tool!

(It would also help if we could adjust our default timing of this reminder — for example, to 20, 30, or 40 minutes, or whatever makes sense per user to allow enough prep and commute time.)

The people who run the Brella child care center and also developed this reservations app are some of the most thoughtful, caring, and conscientious people around. Highly highly highly recommended. Can’t wait for you to open a center closer to my home!!
