I have not once received an on-time reminder. When I login to take my medication. It always shows that I am up-to-date and no activity is required. It reminds me that I need refills and sent me an alert today that I am past 28 days since puncture on a vial and none of the timing is correct. It has been helpful in contacting the doctor with questions, however. ### 2/5 — Logging in initial shot *2026-07-13, version 1.4.5* Hard to figure things out sometimes. Wouldn’t let me into app a few days in a row. But, this app should be much simpler. The left side column of categories to choose should have a much simpler layout. Like payments, subscriptions, how to complete a renewals. This app needs serious work, like super easy for anyone. Also when it says what plan I signed up for, it uses your internal marketing name, which is fine but it should add that it's compounded tirzepatide with NAD +. Especially for $700. They work out the kinks quickly and keep you informed if there are any issues. When I said that would ruin my weight loss starting all over I was asked for a prescription, I requested a visual prescription from my doctor and the next thing I knew (under an hour later) I had “approved” status on the 2.5mg dosage when I never requested that dose, ever! Not even when I first started with Brello. I had to fight tooth and nail for a refund, I had to send screenshots showing they changed it without me asking, and before I could send my prescription. To three different places. This was insane. Now I have been waiting for over a month on my 3rd shipment. First they were moving to a new, bigger, better facility. Next they had to get new licensing for my state. They got it and said there would be no more delays. 3 weeks have passed and still no action on my prescription. I’m afraid to switch to a different compounding pharmacy because I’m afraid I will be double billed from both pharmacies. I’m tired of this.
