Have to manually enter your password every time you make a mobile deposit. Now it is glitchy and very slow loading on IPad making photo deposits slow and often impossible. Performance has suffered on this “upgrade”. Please fix. ### 2/5 — Disappointed *2021-01-25* The app used to work well, but recent updates have made it next to impossible to use the mobile deposit feature. It keeps saying that a check isn’t endorsed when it clearly is. I’ve tried several times over different days, retaken pictures, tried different lighting, used different deposit checks, and it still doesn’t work. It’s super frustrating. The Bremer branch closest to me closed over a year ago so physically going to a location to deposit a check is an hour long process. Please get your app working or I will have to switch to a closer bank. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. We launched an update on 4/26/18 which should improve performance on your iPhone 6. Please run the update and let us know how it goes. ### 2/5 — Not great *2020-08-27* Lots of troubles logging on. Face ID never works correctly. I have other bank account apps that I have no issues with. It remembers you company ID and username. You then manually enter a password. Then need to get a text. I appreciate the dedication to security, however it always comes at the worst times. Having to exit the app and then log in online to change the password only to find my account had been locked out, thus having to call customer service twice to get my account unlocked. Plus the app doesn’t tell you the reason it’s locking you out is your password, it tells you that your user ID or Customer ID is invalid. Please make it possible to change your password in the app itself, and for your future customer sake have it tell you WHY it’s not letting you log in. ### 2/5 — Needs work *2019-05-08* The in-app functionality is good, but having to still type in a password is pretty 2012. Banking is effortless, with the online portal, depositing checks by just taking a photo of the front and back side of the check. I also have had to deal with their fraud Dept after a small charge was made to my account. They helped me get my money back and have since alerted me every time a bigger purchase is made online with my card.
