Can’t tell you how many times I’ve been locked out of my account and had to call the help center. Doesn’t happen with any other bank/card I have. I get you need security but this has costed me $$ in overdraft fees. Will be switching banks because of this app.

I’ve uninstalled and re-installed the app and every time I get an error. Also the website version doesn’t load either. Really bad issue.

This is THE worst app. When you get your escrow notice it says to hit the link to “online documents” which is very vague. By the time you find the spot you’re looking for, you search and search, and even in the details, you can’t find where to move money to get into your escrow account. This is a problem every single year. I can’t even find how to access the part where you adjust your mortgage payment.

The accessibility easiness is the worst I’ve ever come across .

I have always been happy with Bremer Bank, but this new app is not compatible with my phone. Now I have no access to my online banking. My phone is updated as much as it can be.

I thought I liked this new app, but quickly realized that it glitches often, and the specific search feature is basically useless. One of the things I like about it is the ability to deposit checks into my account.  Otherwise, not a big fan.

Ever since the large update that changed the look of the app, I’ve been extremely disappointed in it. It looks better, but it doesn’t work better. 9 times out of 10, just to log in, it forces me to use the extra security code. But in order to do that, they send the code to my wife’s phone number, because she’s the primary on the account, then I need to get the code from her. The ease of use has greatly declined.

Anytime I need to get into the app to do anything important it keeps crashing or won’t load. But when I go in to just check stuff it works fine.

Be careful you don’t add an extra digit in a payment. You can be overdrawn by thousands of dollars with no recourse. There is no safety or safeguards to prevent a huge overpayment which will result in a huge overdrawn in your account.

Great bank, the old app was great - the new one is horrible.  It is as if they went out of their way to make it as user unfriendly as they could.

I’ve been with Bremer for a very long time. I’ve had other accounts at other banks as well. I absolutely love our local Bremmer bank‘s and feel that the services they offer are superior. However, I have never used a baking app that is so ridiculously cumbersome. Rather than being able to enter a pin to access my account, I have to enter my entire 5000 letter password every time I want to access my mobile app. It didn’t used to be this way, but this was a recent update. There are some functions that I cannot access within the app and I have to go online to do those things through the online desktop version of their banking system. There are changes that I’ve made to my settings in my mobile app, and every time every access my mobile app, the Settings have been changed back to some default mode. It’s very frustrating. worst banking app ever. Glad they have one. Just wish it were better.
