Then I click on the 3 bars in the upper right corner, and it gives me a few options, but nothing like what their app describes (no link to PW, BPD, etc., to report issues or pay bills). Nothing. Has someone stopped monitoring and updating this app? The only way to get information or access to our account is via the website (not the app). Hope someone is able to fix this issue. ### 2/5 — Needs work *2022-12-22* I really like the idea of this app. However, when I tried to look up an announcement from Mayor Wheeler, I couldn’t scroll down the page to read the entire report. This is not the case. Have used it a few times for issues and they have been fully taken care of within 24 hours tops. I mostly use it to report garbage dumped on our road and overgrown vegetation the trash is always gone within a day or two. The overgrown vegetation was addressed within a few days.
