Very inconvenient. They really know how to handle small business. They do it right. After dealing with PNC for 25 years it was a breathe of fresh air dealing with Brentwood. They make you feel like you are one of the family and not just a number like at those larger banks. I tell everyone that is going to look for a loan for a house, car, or business to check out Brentwood and you won't be disappointed. I can’t tell you how many times I am locked out because I miss type my password or user name. I have to them call the bank. Also, I have a business account and I do not have the ability to deposit a check on the mobile app. I have to drive to the bank to deposit any checks I receive. Honestly, I am so frustrated with the lack of features and glitches that I have started to look for a new bank. My son has a account as well and he hates the website and app also. Just not good at all!! The ATM is a completely different story….how is it that the only ATM that’s a “smart ATM” is located in south fayette? The reason I need a smart ATM is because I need to deposit cash often into account & it’s only worth depositing cash if you’re using a smart ATM. I live in Brentwood & the original Brentwood bank has a dinosaur of an ATM.
