Very inconvenient. I’ve lost out on months of interest because I couldn’t get into online banking. **Developer response:** Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave us your review. I can’t tell you how many times I am locked out because I miss type my password or user name. I have to them call the bank. Also, I have a business account and I do not have the ability to deposit a check on the mobile app. I have to drive to the bank to deposit any checks I receive. Honestly, I am so frustrated with the lack of features and glitches that I have started to look for a new bank. My son has a account as well and he hates the website and app also. Just not good at all!! The ATM is a completely different story….how is it that the only ATM that’s a “smart ATM” is located in south fayette? The reason I need a smart ATM is because I need to deposit cash often into account & it’s only worth depositing cash if you’re using a smart ATM. I live in Brentwood & the original Brentwood bank has a dinosaur of an ATM. Please update ALL of your ATM’s ### 2/5 — BILL PAY PLEASE *2018-06-01* This app is easy to use, but lacks the online bill pay functionality. It’s 2018, please try and keep up. They really know how to handle small business. They do it right. After dealing with PNC for 25 years it was a breathe of fresh air dealing with Brentwood. They make you feel like you are one of the family and not just a number like at those larger banks. I tell everyone that is going to look for a loan for a house, car, or business to check out Brentwood and you won't be disappointed. What really stands out is the debit card controls. You can turn debit card off when not in use so no one can use it. Can restrict purchases by geography, dollar amount, merchant type.
