Oyo doesn’t allow you to book hourly hotel and you have to pay for whole day but through this app you pay for your stay hours only ### 5/5 — Did not provide a confirmation, charged twice. *2021-02-23* I have tried booking the place and the app crash when I was on the payment page twice. Thinking the payment has not processed I retried booking at the end there were 3 bookings and I had to cancel the other two but they refused to return the amount. Contacted them via email but they never responded. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Denied modification of booking *2026-08-16* We reached one hour ago, and the hotel asked us to talk to customer support and change the booking officially through the app. The customer support didn't pick up calls first few times and wasted time. When they picked up, they lied saying there was no way to modify, which ideally should be very easy for them. After some more time waste since it was 5.01, they said now they can't prepone it to 5 because it is already past it, gave no solution and made us wait 1 hour when room was anyways available. Very bad support. ### 1/5 — Worst App Policy & Customer Service *2026-07-17* Very disappointing experience with Brevistay. I booked a hotel through their platform but had to cancel it shortly after because I found a better option nearby. Even though I never checked in or used the booking, they refused to provide any refund, hiding behind their cancellation policy. Customer support was unhelpful and showed no willingness to consider my genuine situation. A company that values its customers should be more flexible instead of strictly relying on policies in every case. This was my first and last booking with Brevistay. I won’t be using their service again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a customer-friendly booking platform. ### 1/5 — Disappointment with Misleading Diwali Cashback Offer *2025-10-19* I am quite disappointed with the way your platform structures its offers. You advertise a “Diwali offer of 50% off up to ₹1000 cashback”, but in reality, only 10% of the booking amount can be adjusted against the cashback. On top of that, the cashback validity is limited to just 30 days. Frankly, this feels misleading. What’s the point of offering cashback if it cannot be fully utilized or has such a short validity? Do you expect customers to keep making repeated bookings just to use up the cashback? This kind of marketing practice gives a very poor impression of your platform. I would not recommend Brevistay to anyone based on this experience. ### 1/5 — Pathetic customer service *2025-08-28* I recently booked the room but i haven’t checked in because they don’t have any customer support representative as per one of the employee from brevistay she confirmed they only have one person available as they dis not have any booking may be because of worst customer experience. Because my booking was done by my friend by mistake on his name i called immediately on customer care but haven’t got any proper update and they kept me in hold and disconnected the call request for call back many time sine the booking was made but haven’t received any call,message, email from any buddy from the team later on i came to know that they only have one person in the night because they don’t have call’s so I canceled the booking now they are saying the refund is not possible because booking was canceled after 15 minutes Dude are you business or joke.. I wont suggest any buddy to have booking with this aap they are scammers. ### 1/5 — Worst app like all *2025-03-09* I had book 3 days back and the check-in day the hotel management denied to check in due to room unavailability. What rubbish that was ? 3 days before confirmation denied. This is the misguided attempt. When i confirm your booking through app u goes to the hotel and they deny for the same after these scenarios u dint have option and choice to stay. Only one option to be there go offline in same where u r standing and book on higher price. Thats it , that the trap. Very disappointed as expected…. 😀😀😀 ### 1/5 — Fraud application *2024-01-06* I had a very pathetic experience using this application as I was scammed by the application. Firstly the app will display that pay at hotel option is there but when you check the payment options you won’t find that option. Secondly after I made payment with my card details there was no booking shown. I would never ever recommend this application to anybody as it is a big waste of time money and efforts and to get refund is challenging process. ### 1/5 — Worst experience *2023-08-01* Even after making the payment, I was made to sit at the reception for one hour (ironically my booking time was for three hours only). When called multiple times, they said that their internal server had crashed and that is why they aren’t able to send the confirmation to me as well as to the hotel. Please refrain from using this platform for booking your stays, its better to go for other platforms as they at least have a credible customer care. ### 1/5 — Not usefull at all *2023-01-05* Very terrible experience with this app i have booked 6hr slot 5 days earlier and confirmed with the hotel they said it was available that time but on the day of check-in when i tried to call them they denied saying rooms have been sold out so we cannot provide you any rooms thankful that I haven’t paid for the room online otherwise it would have been a mess but very bad experience with such type of app & hotel service ### 1/5 — Disappointing experience *2022-05-11* I booked a hotel this morning in Kaushambi. I received the confirmation for the payment and booking. Although as soon as I reached the destination, I got to know that the said place is not taking bookings from Brevistay, how so very convenient! :) I contacted customer care services and asked them to rectify this ASAP, but even after waiting in the lobby for almost 40 minutes, there was no confirmation at all. Not only today, my previous experience with the app has not been very pleasant, but I still came back to it thinking it might have been a fluke the last time, but guess not! I trusted this app a lot but the results have been so not worth it. Really disappointed. ### 5/5 — Perfect for short stays *2025-01-08* My train was 2 hours late, so I didn't get in until almost 3 a.m. I just needed a place for a few hours to sleep. I went to other hotels, but they all wanted me to pay for 24 hours! Then I found Brevistay. They have anytime check-in and anytime check-out, which was perfect. It had a nice, clean room with everything I needed. It was a good rest and I'm glad I stayed there.
