I have installed this a couple of time but it won’t let me log on with my company name and password that they set up it’s frustrating

The app as well as the brevity web software is unfinished, a lot of bugs, poor customer service. Definitely consider changing software. Sounds like they are outsourcing staff from overseas so it’s an absolute nightmare to contact them, their English is not the best and the customer service is really bad
