Show me the product I’m actually going to receive or don’t put a photo at all… the app works fine ig it’s just sketchy. ### 1/5 — Bummer! *2024-07-06* I’ve been going for years, as far back as the punch card days! Then they switched over to the phone number system, no biggie, started to collect rewards on my phone number woohoo! Then brevity creates an app, awesome! However, I try signing in for the first time, “duplicate phone number”, okay, maybe it already knows me, so I try signing in with my email and selecting forgot password, “an account with this email doesn’t exist” okay, so I can’t create an account because it says my phone number is already in use nor can I sign in with my email because my account technically doesn’t exist, bummer :( Hello, Black Rock 🤘🏼 ### 2/5 — Redeem Rewards BROKEN!! *2025-03-13* I have been trying for almost 2 weeks to redeem my “Free Medium Drink” but every time I try to check out I get an error message. The message tells me to try again tomorrow or take off the coupon. I don’t want to try again. If you have seen the current consensus, the use of generative ai is viewed as a negative and consumers tend to avoid companies that use it. It doesn't give confidence in your products if most of the drinks are ai generated and not actual photos. Please consider changing the images to actual photos even if they are unpolished I would prefer amateur photographs by an actual person than a fake "image". ### 3/5 — Loyalty points ??? *2025-03-15* This app almost never allows you to add a discount at checkout. I was excited for the app but I haven’t been able to create an account because it wants an email and password that I never set up. I can’t set up a new one because I already have an account with my phone number. Not sure how to fix the problem. ### 4/5 — Love!!— but Disappointed *2025-11-18* Best coffee in town but disappointed in the user friendliness of their app and the difficulties with using it at times. For a while there used to be an option where we could choose to pay to have our ice drinks with “light ice but filled” and that option was taken away. Now when you ask an employee at the window if makes you feel bad. I mean they’re affordable but it’s still over $5 for a drink. I’d like to have the option to pay to get my drink how I want or to add notes to my order or something.
