Mobile browser are not even responsive. I am not able to do anything.

You can’t edit a current survey you have created after you publish it. If you need to make a change you have to duplicate creating a new survey. Also I couldn’t get the app to charge my card after the trial was up so I could retrieve my data. On the positive side the customer service is really good. They were polite and as print as they could be with helping me.  When it’s a bit more user friendly I will update my rating.

During last three month, i tried a lot of survey application but none of them matched my requirement and ease of usability, as Brew Survey does for me. Their support team is quite active and supporting. keep it up.
