It is only US coverage and one or two outside the US. It is great for finding breweries in the US and I use it all the time. But I have no coverage in Canada. Asia, or Europe. Please don’t say worldwide if it is US only. Great for what it does, limited if you travel. ### 4/5 — That darn mary *2025-11-22, version 3.8.2* Great spot and game room ### 4/5 — Is this app being maintained? *2023-07-25* I have been a huge fan of this app for years, but beginning in 2023 the people maintaining this app have been unresponsive to requests to add or update breweries. I’m not sure if this thing is currently on autopilot or what. All I know is there appears to be no one in charge of making updates and changes. They are extremely slow to add new locations though. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — No longer updating *2026-06-01, version 3.8.2* This app is waaaay out of date for Colorado. It lists several closed locations. Almost useless. ### 1/5 — Useless *2023-01-01, version 3.8.1* Cannot log in. Cannot create account, says username already exists. Does not send email to reset password. Don’t waste your time. ### 2/5 — App seems dead… *2025-10-02* Loved this app for years, but sadly there no longer seem to be any updates. New breweries that opened years ago don’t show up on the map, old breweries that closed remain showing. I’ve submitted new breweries using the tool, but so far the submissions have been ignored… ### 2/5 — You can’t edit your information *2021-12-31* This is one of the better brewery apps I have found. My only complaint is that once you hit the “visited” button you can not go in and edit the date you were there. Knowing when I visited each brewery is important to me but unless I check it off that day I can’t go back later and edit it. ### 2/5 — Used to love it *2020-12-06, version 3.8.0* Loved it before but it's been increasingly glitchy and they haven't updated any of the other countries as of late despite providing data. Map feature is better than untapped and beer advocate but that's it. ### 3/5 — Was awesome, but not really maintained anymore *2023-04-28* As a heavy user of this app for 2+ years (over 300 places visited), it was awesome. But it’s now less so. It seems as if it’s not maintained anymore, or infrequently at best. Adding a new brewery, editing info of an existing one, or getting closed places removed takes forever, if it’s done at all. There are places we’ve tried to have added multiple times over the course of MONTHS and nothing. It didn’t used to be this way. This app is a great starting point if you’re planning a brew hopping trip, but also use google maps to verify breweries along your route. You may find new ones not on the app or ones on the app that have been closed for some time. ### 3/5 — Needs faster updates *2022-09-28, version 3.8.1* Probably a 3.5 - 4 star app. Pretty good app for what is clearly crowd sourced. But it takes FOREVER for new breweries to get added or edited with correct info. We are talking weeks. They could do better with that. Also, if you’re planning a brewery tour, search google maps for breweries near whatever area you’re in. We find a lot that aren’t on the app yet. And while we try to add them - see my initial criticism. ### 3/5 — Somethin’ happened *2022-05-23* Liked this app but it seems to have lost some functionality. The pins so how new breweries to the user not yet visited (orange) and those that a user visits and rates (Green pin). It has stopped converting the pin color from orange to green when rating. That’s sort of the point for me; to recall places by name and location when traveling back to a city for work or fun. Gonna have to shop for another app. :-( ### 3/5 — Crashes... *2020-01-06* when I try to load a profile photo, also crashes when trying to load photos of establishments. please fix! **Developer response:** I'm very sorry for the crash. Fix will be available soon. ### 3/5 — Buggy and Not User Friendly *2019-12-20* I’m assuming that with more updates, this app will continue to improve. It’s a great idea, just not well executed. The search function is a little awkward, but the most frustrating part of it all is how incomplete the brewery list is. The list appears to be mostly user-compiled, which would be a great feature if the “Suggest a New Brewery” option actually worked properly. Anytime I have tried to upload a brewery’s logo when submitting a suggestion, the app freezes and I lose all of the info I entered. So I leave off the logo. (Whatever. The completist inside me is beating his head against a wall, but I let it go.) I suggested a brewery some time ago, and it still has not been added to the list. So what’s the point of it all if there’s an incomplete list and no way to add breweries in a more expedient way? Seems like a more effective method would be a simple Google search for “breweries around me.” Or hell, even Yelp is more informative. Wow, sorry, that was a bit of a rant. Again, I hope updates and improvements will help this app’s functionality and performance, because I do really like the concept. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — This place is huge *2026-03-20* It’s a big space but it wasn’t loud in here at all. A nice patio area outside as well. The food menu isn’t big but it has a great variety.
