Since the new app came out months ago you can’t use bill pay if you have an iphone. Now I have an iphone X and you can’t use face recognition and still can’t use bill pay. I am probably a fairly typical customer. I honestly don’t think about how well they handle the business of “handling “ my business. Never having to think about Brewer FCU means that it’s not broken. A well managed asset like this one is probably the best compliment a financial institution can get. You have nothing to complain about and therefore you seldom hear what’s great. Well they are doing great. Everyone there has always been the best. Even when I have been stressed about an issue with my life, they’re going to get me through.
