## What is Brewmetric?

Brewmetric is a professional coffee extraction calculator for iPhone. Design recipes with scientific precision, measure your extractions in real time, and keep a complete history. All in one app, no subscriptions, no internet required.

PLAN YOUR RECIPE
Calculate every parameter before you touch the coffee. Enter your extraction targets (EY and TDS) along with brew water (BW), and Brewmetric instantly calculates dose, beverage weight, ratio and dissolved mass. Supports Espresso, Filter Drip and Filter Immersion.

MEASURE YOUR EXTRACTION
Enter your refractometer TDS reading and Brewmetric calculates Extraction Yield, dissolved mass, LRR and gives you a full diagnosis — over-extracted, under-extracted, or in the ideal zone.

EXTRACTION CHART
A professional TDS vs EY chart inspired by the SCA Brewing Control Chart. See exactly where your coffee lands, with configurable ideal zones (SCA, NCA or custom).

SAVE & ORGANIZE
Save every recipe and measurement with full parameters: grinder, grind setting, temperature, brew time, coffee origin, roaster, roast date and free-text notes. Sync automatically across all your Apple devices via iCloud.

EXPORT YOUR DATA
Export recipes and measurements in PDF, CSV or JSON. The PDF features a professional dark layout with full metrics, extraction chart and diagnosis bar.

SMART DIAGNOSIS
13 detailed classifications for filter and espresso (including ristretto and lungo) with color indicators and specific improvement advice.

ADVANCED SETTINGS
Configure LRR by method, humidity and CO₂ corrections, Brix→TDS conversion factor, water temperature, extraction zones and unit system (metric or imperial).

BUILT FOR PROFESSIONALS
— Specialty coffee baristas
— Roasters validating roast profiles
