Tried using the app this morning to plan an outting to watch USFL football but cannot see my beer history and cannot tell which beers I have already had. Speaking as one of many Chancellors I expect better. ### 1/5 — App Update unsuccessful *2022-01-30, version 3.2.5* Getting login error for the last month (version updated)…deleted old app version and went to App Store and opened new version…the app opens but does not install on my phone…what a pain! Fix your code so new versions update and install properly. ### 1/5 — Incredibly poor app *2021-12-06, version 3.2.3* Not user friendly. If I want current information I have to reboot my phone and log in again. App on my iPhone gives me different info than app on my tablet. Barkbark1974 ### 1/5 — This app was great at first *2021-12-03, version 3.2.3* This app was great at first being able to log in to my account and being able to see the wide variety of beers. Then on my.next visit to TacoMac it wouldn't let me log in to my account, despite having my log in information saved, and having the same account for several years. This app just does not recognize my user info. And just will not let me log in. The employees can look me up my information in the restaurant, but the app just does not recognize my email at all, despite me recieving promotional offers from tacomac to the same email address I've always had; it just does not recognize my email address. This is increadibly frustrating. If you have the old app don’t change it. Wile the new one offers better functionality it is SO slow it does not really justify the change. Wait until they improve the speed. You have to save your receipt and give it to a manager for them to maybe credit your beer history. ### 1/5 — Gets worse each time *2026-06-10, version 3.3.0* This app gets slower & slower every time I come in. It seems to crash every day around 4:00, almost like clock. Every time they “fix” it, it gets worse. For as much as this company makes you would think they could hire a competent IT person. It’s like they have an elementary school class that is learning how to code run it. Otherwise, remove the app entirely ### 2/5 — What happened to my beer history! *2022-05-22, version 3.2.8* All the beers I have had are now gone! ### 2/5 — Downgrade from the original *2020-09-15, version 3.1.2* The last app was great, albeit sometimes wasn’t up to date with what was on tap at a specific location, whereas this app is real bad. It’s slow, with EVERY button or screen change. It doesn’t remember settings (like “Hide credited beers”). If you leave the app for too long, while at the same location, it logs you out, so you have to 100% start over with selecting a location and getting the beer list. Also, why can’t I select a style from a drop down AND search? If I want a lager, I have to scroll to that section.
