## What is BrewSorts?

BrewSorts is a fast, private field guide to beer styles for people who want to understand what they are tasting before they open another tab or social app.

The catalog covers 50 classic and modern styles across Belgian, German, British, American and newer global traditions, including Trappist Quadrupel, Saison, Gueuze, Witbier, Hefeweizen, German Pilsner, West Coast IPA, Oatmeal Stout, Mexican Lager, Italian Pilsner and Australian Sparkling Ale.

Each style card is written like a brewer and judge would break it down:
- ABV, IBU and colour range
- Malt, hop and yeast character
- Flavour and aroma cues
- Glassware and serving temperature
- Food pairings, history and classic examples
- Common tasting mistakes to avoid
