## What is BRForms?

BRForms is a paper form replacement application. 

BRForms’ web-based features give users the flexibility to create new forms or to choose from a variety of standard and custom documents in the BuildingReports Forms Library. Over 40 different form elements allow users to quickly convert existing paper forms into digital documents including work orders, maintenance reports, service requests and inspections. Users can complete forms on their mobile computers and uploaded them to company web portals.

BRForms provides an unparalleled method of automated forms distribution, availability, and accessibility.  Unlike paper forms, your digital forms will be dated for easy tracking and conveniently stored for immediate access and distribution. Your completed forms are available to anyone you wish via a unique login ID and password that you assign and control. No special software is needed to create, edit, or update the forms, just a browser and access to the Internet. Your users can print the form, download as a document, or just view the forms online in your web portal from BuildingReports.  Once your users login, they’ll see your customized inspection portal and the most recently completed forms.
