BRG Link is a real-time staff management system that supports facilities in filling open shifts with the best available resource.  BRG Link enables you to create flexibility within your existing workforce by connecting with untapped capacity, thus increasing your eligible pool of staff.  The app does the heavy lifting for you as it automatically checks schedules, licenses, staff preferences, client-specific rules and float policies, and instantly notifies candidates that best match the criteria.  Leaders can select staff based on availability, certifications, and overtime impact. 

BRG Link works with any workforce and scheduling system to bring disparate data into one powerful program.  Additionally, there is no system admin requirement for the facilities as all data and changes are maintained by BRG Link.  Benefits include up to 10% overtime reduction, up to 50% reduction in leader time spent daily on staffing, elimination of staffing office personnel, complete management of float pools, increased staff and leader satisfaction, and increased staff availability supporting growth in patient volume.
