When using my cell phone app. This is very frustratingly I use this app for work and can be in a important phone and lost the person on the other line. It constantly drops calls or has calls with no sound. The convenience of it working is brilliant however you have to be in ear shot of the landline at all times for when it fails which is almost daily. Wether it be not connecting throughout the day or answering calls but neither party being able to hear anything. Sometimes a simple log out and back in fixes the issue, however now we have been a week with very intermittent calls via the app. Safe to say we are seeking an alternative now as this is poor for business! ### 1/5 — Inconsistent *2023-08-09, version 6.13.1* Constantly receiving error messages that the app cannot connect.
