Pathetic service partners. Have no means to make any complaint through the App, no dedicated section for reporting complaints. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — ONE OF THE WORST! *2026-03-04* I HAVE WRITTEN THE SAME PAGE THRICE YET IT REFUSES TO SAVE! BRIBOOKS ARE GREEDY THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE BOOKS THEY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY THEY GET FORM SELLING BOOKS WRITTEN BY GOOD AUTHORS. I HAVE SIGNED UP FOR THE NATIONAL YOUNG AUTHORS EVENT. GUESS HOW THEY HAVE RANKED. THE NO 1 BOOK IS RANKED BY NO. OF PEOPLE WHO BROUGHT IT. ### 1/5 — Don’t use to write your books *2025-12-19* Multiple problems are there, such as the word limit per page. When you reach the limit, the words should shift to the next page, THEY DONT. And why is there a word limit anyway?! Plus sometimes it randomly says oh snap! in a red bubble for NO REASON. Write books on docs/word and publish with professional company ### 1/5 — It told me to do 28 pages even though my school told me to do 2 to 8 pages *2025-10-19* I hate this how can my friend like this when I was done I pressed finish and this stupid error called ‘Oh snap’ told me to do damn 28 even though I finished 😡😡😡 ### 1/5 — Racist app detrimental to kids *2025-06-10* This service charged 469/- for a 17 pager book with no benefit whatsoever to the writer/ guardian. * Irrespective of charging m outlandish charges, the service/app could not afford an editor. Forget enhancing the natural writing skills, minuscule errors are enhanced and proficiency ruined. No sense applied to ANYTHING * NO CULTURAL REPRESENTATION in the illustration. HOT TIP- go to the local printing shop and put the material up on Amazon.
