A simple app with a couple of list views and a one page basket flow is the sort of project a junior dev could do in their spare time, it’s hardly rocket science! That said I can’t fault the food, have used both delivery and gone in person for many years and the food is always fresh and exceptionally good! Update 29/09/24: App has been updated and now no longer supports local accounts, Google SSO is required. The support chat does not move to the next line when you type so once you write a message wider than your screen, e.g. a few words, you cannot submit the message because the submit button has been pushed off the page. More updates that have actively made the app worse, I hope you guys aren’t paying for this because it remains one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. As a bonus you can’t even order the Salmon & Cream Cheese bagel on the app since the update, it’s not listed 👌 ### 1/5 — Always late *2022-02-27, version 14.5* Delicious bagels. Never on time. Thats double the price for my order. ### 1/5 — great food, bad app *2021-12-18, version 9.9* love this place. it's always so busy that my anxiety is at peak, so I prefer to order. the first time worked great, set up an account, made an order, got tracking info. but if you want to use it repeatedly, there's a lot of issues. the app didn't recognize my password, so I tried to reset it. when the email link came, it opened the app but no prompt to reset password. tried again. and again. decided to create yet another account. worked great. placed an order. paid. then it all crashed. trying to view my order, crashed. I even received an email with a list of errors, but saying my order was received. that was at 1:35pm. waiting time was 1,5 hours, which I was willing to wait. the app kept crashing. when I checked it an hour later, my estimated arrival was 4pm. that's 2,5 hours. I don't know if it's because the order wasn't registered at the shop because of the error, but I've already been charged at that point and got a "confirmation" email... disappointed. I wish the app worked better, right now it's just a lot of uncertainty and fuss. ### 1/5 — Something has gone wrong with this app *2021-10-15, version 9.3* I have used this app many time through lockdown & never has issues. Recently it seems to have gone through a rebuild and is riddled with problems. - all my loyalty points seem to have disappeared - an order is placed and tracking crashes the app - then the tracking kicks in and the delivery time is stated as 6 hours after the order time. - contact is none existent, so none of the above could be resolved.
