Travelled around to return someplace else and they were all taken as well. Meanwhile, the app is charging money for not returning within the timeframe. But alas when I went to use it the banks wouldn’t unlock one even although it placed the normal block on my card. The new appless is so key when I’m helping friends get chargers and their battery is low. Definitely will be getting BRICK’D up! ### 1/5 — Terrible customer service *2022-07-13, version 1.6.13* We rented 3 power banks at a time and returned them all. I received a receipt a couple of days later with a $35 charged that indicated that one was not returned. However, we returned all of them. The customer service provided by Brick has been incredibly terrible, it is so difficult to get in touch with someone. They do not have a contact number and you must use a chat to bring up an issue which takes them over 2 days to reply. After they replied, all of my previous chats and messages were cleared and we have to restart. It’s been so frustrating and annoying to try and get in contact with someone, anyone. I do not recommend using this service. ### 5/5 — Biggest Life-saver *2022-03-15, version 1.6.8* This is the best idea ever, Brick has saved my life numerous times whenever I’m cut short out and about with low phone battery.
