Thank you for trying the BrickBanker app. The app is designed to scan every few seconds and will attempt to recognize the piece from different positions depending on how you hold your camera. You must confirm the piece is correct and then you can add your next piece for recognition. We found it to be an effective way to load bricks to the vault. Extremely cumbersome. Type in set number and it either doesn’t show up in the list or it’s way down in the list. Then when you click on it the inventory is blank. Also it just list parts and not sets. Needs some attention. *2022-01-02* First page will not let you create an account. It says You can log in, but you need an account. Needs a button to create and not just a child’s button. When you sign in as guest the pages are too busy. It doesn’t feel clean. They even have extra wallpapers to unlock that are even worse. I tried to set up an account when using as a guest could not change email address to set one up. Lots of problems. End point disabled during testing “. Another crap app designed to grab people’s info. I would have given it 0 stars if I could. AVOID THIS APP ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Stupid *2025-01-10* I am trying to register and it said an email is being sent, do where is it I won’t be keeping this bad app, don’t even download because it doesn’t work ### 1/5 — Can’t even log into app *2023-08-10, version 2.4.7* App requires that you make an account with email address to use it. I tried making my account with my email but never received the verification code in my email like it said I would. Then tried again, but app gives error saying that I already have an account with email address so I can’t make another one. But the thing is, is that I CANT GET INTO THE ACCOUNT IN THE FIRST PLACE WITHOUT THE VERIFICATION CODE! I have never had so many issues with an app that I can’t even use. ### 1/5 — So ya this crap *2023-07-05, version 2.4.6* I just downloaded the app for fun because of its add had showed it’s a pretty cool app but all I get is a Loading screen that’s gray and says updateing a new database I have been waiting for 1 hour and still not receiving any notification or update on the app.please fix’s this could be a good app for leago users if it was working. I wish I was able to send photos so the creator Could fix the bug or codes. But still wish it worked ### 1/5 — Never loaded *2023-06-14* This is a great concept but for me the app never loaded, I left my phone alone for 20 minutes while the app “updated the database”. The app never went to past that screen and also heated my phone a noticeable amount. I would love to revisit this app in the future after problems are taken care of. ### 1/5 — I tried yo make account *2023-06-03* It would not let me complete the process I tried to hit I accept the terms and conditions but button would not work! Poorly made app! ### 1/5 — It’s so hard to use *2023-04-15* It’s so confusing and so hard to use. I deleted the app so many times but something happened and it says my email wasn’t right and it’s asking for too much information personal information I really don’t like it. ### 1/5 — Not good *2023-02-14, version 2.4.5* I tried signing in on my mail account but it wasn’t sending a code in so I deleted the app to try again because it shouldn’t make you an account UNTIL you enter the code and when you try to sign in to the app again the page closed so you can’t enter the code anywhere even if you find the code. This system is extremely flawed and I’m basically locked out of my other mail account on the app because it’s extremely flawed. + the new account that I made never got an email ### 1/5 — Not like the adds *2022-07-24* The scanner is terrible and keeps scanning when your not ready and struggle’s to identify the correct Lego piece and the app overall is cheaply made. **Developer response:** Hi, Anonymous85373826. It may look really cool at first but the scanning thing can’t tell apart a 1 by 4 from a 2 by 8. Also why the crap are little kids just posting about there builds on the front page I just wanted something to help sort. The camera is easy to use and if it doesn’t find the part I can put the part number in and it has it. I love that it tells me what sets I have and what parts I need. I just got a new set for Xmas and tried to add the set to my collection but it glitches out. It won’t let me type more than a letter at a time and the keyboard disappears. Then when I finally get the full search term in, I just get a spinning wheel of death. I hope this gets fixed soon. Assuming it does, I think the app has real potential for AFOLs like myself. Update: problem continues even after updating app. Running on iPhone 12, iOS 16.3.1.
