Case in point, geocircle setting. It is almost impossible to set them on the app. Simple idea. Have a feature where I cap tap on a button that sets a geocircle right were my car is parked. That way I can monitor it wherever I park it..sayyyyyy the airport parking lot??? Hmmmm think outside this very small box! ### 2/5 — Features *2021-04-29, version 1.5.8* What happened to the “Locate Now” feature? I got a new phone and the transfer caused an app update……and now there are FEWER features available. Swiping up the menu now only shows “Breadcrumbs”. It freezes up a lot. Especially whenever apple does a software update. Geofencing still isn’t available (so it says). **Developer response:** Hi, sorry for the inconvenience. Please try clearing the cache or reinstalling the app. In case the issue persists, kindly send us a message at customerservice@brickhousesecurity.com along with the contact details so that we check this. ### 2/5 — Not bad but needs a refresh button in iPhone version *2019-09-14, version 1.5.1* It’s basic but you need to use desktop version to set up your various alerts and geofences and to do most things. For strictly tracking the biggest issue is that there is no visible refresh button on the iPhone version. It’s there on an iPad. Either add it or auto refresh because right now it requires a logout and re login to refresh the current location of the tracker. **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback, it helps us get better. We have updated the app since and with the newest version, you won't need the refresh button. Now, locations automatically update whenever there is a tracker activity! It’s been a week and the app is useless after being “ updated” it’s as if they didn’t test the update. It doesn’t show breadcrumbs correctly. When you call then they are confused as heck. There is no reset button. I am looking at the map and if is still stuck on yesterday at 11 pm. When it is it’s fine but other times it takes too long to update. Needs an update with new features. Notifications are slow to respond so that gives you a false location. ### 1/5 — Used to work *2021-09-09, version 1.5.8* Now it does nothing but crashes! What the heck, how can you go from working to a non-working state in a production release? This is beyond frustrating! I am on the latest iOS and the app used to work. After updating it, nothing, just a black screen and it exits! Update: September 9, 2021 - app still won’t open! When you go to hit refresh, it makes you choose a device even though you have already chosen a device - refresh again and it still goes to the device list and makes you choose a device. It does not accurately tell you where the device is located currently. If you click on the device in the app, it says error while retrieving device details please try again. It was showing my device as being fully 20 miles away from where it actually was. Completely unreliable and full of bugs. It freezes up all the time and does not work well on my I Pad. ### 1/5 — Broken update. *2019-11-11, version 1.5.1* Every since the update, you can not refresh to app to find out where the GPS is now. Once you log in, that’s the only location you will have. This does not permit me to use my device correctly. Contacted customer service and I was informed that there was an issue and that I just needed to use to web address. This was a major selling point for me and now it doesn’t work and for some reason they can not or will not fix it. Making the application worthless ### 1/5 — App Update Crashed *2019-09-23, version 1.5.1* 3 weeks prior the APP worked Now Nothing can’t see details or current location and the breadcrumbs don’t function correct. Either fix or go back to prior 1.4 ver ### 1/5 — Older version worked fine *2019-09-18, version 1.5.1* Newest updates have made things worse. I get a totally black screen half the time upon opening the app, even have tried opening it several times in a row with no luck. Make adjustments on desktop. Period Use phone for tracking, mostly. I have two of the devices and what really Ed makes this work is the built in SIM card. Uses both GPS & cell. Especially handy for stealth. If no gps signal it (they) uses cell tower triangulation. 4* because 1. Desktop is a little quirky but you need the eggs. 2. Cannot manipulate settings on phone. I have my original tracker hardwired because of a short, small battery life. You can track the GPS but lacks almost every other function that you find on the desktop. Contrary to the other review you can find all the info in the demo3 picture- it just takes some playing around with. Overall the app needs some improvements and I would much rather view on the desktop version as it is loaded with way more options. For a quick glance or update it's useful, for anything else use your computer. **Geo Fencing does not work on the app as of yet.
