To use app, you have to first set up an account online and pay. The cost cited on website is approximately 400 a month!!!!! I could hire a couple of private in person trainers for that cost. Not worth it.

The Bridal Fitness Coach app really got me motivated to move my body during COVID in preparation for my wedding day! Its easy to use. I appreciate how it helped me track my progress as well! I worked virtually with a great team of woman through the app that supported me and motivated me to reach my wellness goals! I felt confident & beautiful on my wedding day. You will too!
