Mohon perbaikannya: Sebagai vendor paid member di Bridestory, kami merasa dirugikan. Kami kesulitan menjaga grafik di list pencarian karena: 1. Aplikasi selalu crash ketika memulai proses uploading project. Akun dinilai tidak aktif padahal pihak kami sudah komplain kepada business manager yg menghandle brand kami namun belum ada perubahan (tetap force closed) 2. Aplikasi sering log out sendiri tanpa notifikasi, sehingga kesulitan untuk follow up klien dengan cepat. 3. Setelah mem-follow up klien yang berkunjung ke profile kami, tick box yg menandakan telah di follow up tidak otomatis tercentang. Setelah dicentang manual, kembali un-tick. Dengan nominal membership yang tidak kecil, kami mengharapkan pelayanan yang lebih baik dari ini untuk membantu peningkatan daya jual kami. Tapi sering mendadak logout sendiri tanpa ada notifikasi. Sehingga ada cukup banyak customer yg tidak bisa di follow up secepatnya. Customized email juga sering reset sendiri, dan cukup merepotkan kalau setiap kali harus copy paste dari email2 yg sebelumnya. Dengan biaya listing yang cukup mahal, seharusnya kualitas app bisa lebih baik dari ini. Hal-hal kecil seperti ini meskipun terlihat sepele, tapi justru sangat merepotkan dan bisa berpotensi kehilangan customer. We'll be happy to assist you further.Thank you very much. ### 1/5 — Doesn't work in uk *2016-03-05* I saw the app advertised on Instagram so I thought I'd try it out. When I tried to load in my contact details it wouldn't let me put my postcode as was only giving me number characters to use and not letters. It also couldn't find my 'city' location and offered me very random places located near to me which I had no choice to select. Also it kept saying that my website wasn't a valid address even thought it was correct.
