### 5/5 — Awesome App

*2016-03-02, version 1.9*

As a mom with a child who has Autism and Apraxia I can't express how much this app has helped us. It's easy and simple to use. Our son picked up on this very easily. I love that I can add and create pages to customize it to our needs and his likes. This app has helped decrease my sons tantrums and has given him a voice when he did not have the words to say. Thank you so much for making this easy to use and affordable!

### 5/5 — Thank you!

*2016-02-29, version 1.9*

This app has been a life saver for my grandson. He has apraxia and autism. This app has helped him talk in sentences. What a blessing!!

### 5/5 — Great App!!

*2016-02-17, version 1.9*

This application is amazing and has been very helpful for my 8 year old autistic son. It is able to keep his attention and gives him a means to communicate on a level which we have not experienced in the past. We love using this app. Highly recommended!!

### 5/5 — A GAME CHANGER !!!!!

*2015-06-25, version 1.2*

Fabulous! SO VERY quick and easy to customize --- making it dynamic, interesting and super engaging for my 14 year old with Down syndrome and autism -- The whole design makes so much sense and we are thrilled!!! Worth every penny!! This APP is the best out there!

### 5/5 — Very Useful!

*2015-06-18, version 1.2*

I work in a public school district and am excited about the many uses for this app. Therapists, families, and teachers could use it in a variety of ways. Many of the young children that we work with are familiar with tablets and naturally their attention gravitates to them. The app supports vocabulary building and speech-articulation. Teachers and families can create their own visual schedules and in addition to the pictures available on the app, access to the internet and to the device’s photographs make it easy to personalize. The bilingual aspect is really helpful for families for whom English is a second language. The app is very user-friendly---even for those of us who feel technologically challenged! I will recommend it to colleagues and parents that I work with.

### 5/5 — Not just for AAC

*2015-06-16, version 1.2*

Love this app! It is not just for augmentative communication! I am a speech-language pathologist and use the app daily in therapy. There are so many possibilities and functions with this app. I use the variety of categories to build vocabulary skills in my language clients. The message window is helpful when working on word combinations. The articulation folder is great for quick word drill practice. My clients love it when I take screen shots and use printouts as bingo boards or games. I also send home screen shots for home practice. This app is so versatile and valuable! With the current sale price, it's a must for every SLP!!

### 5/5 — Daisy's development

*2015-06-12, version 1.2*

My sister is four years old and she can not talk. Her therapist gave her this app so she could communicate with us in Spanish. If she wanted something she would bring out this app and and click on the item she would like. This app is a blessing, we used to guess the things that Daisy would like to do or eat. That was really frustrating until she finally got the app and started to communicate more with others. I recommend this app for anyone having trouble communicating with their child.

### 5/5 — Great app for bilingual family

*2015-06-11, version 1.2*

My 10 year old son has Down syndrome. I speak Spanish. My son understands Spanish but always speaks in English. I don't always understand what he is trying to say. This app has been great for my child because we can communicate more. When I don't understand him, he brings out the app and shows me what he wants without getting frustrated. Before this app, I used to guess what he was trying to say and he would get upset if I guessed wrong. Now I have a better understanding of what he wants. I recommend this app for any bilingual family because it truly helps.

### 5/5 — Communication Supports

*2015-05-29, version 1.1*

I am enjoying the app. I like the wealth of knowledge that the app provides (feelings, colors, animals, calendar, places to go). I also like the fact that the app gives the student a voice to respond and engage in dialogue. My teacher's assistant has the steps in editing down to a science. This is a great app for my high school classroom to support my students and their communication needs.

### 5/5 — Great for children

*2015-04-28, version 1.0*

My daughter (6 years old) has been using this app at school and with the therapist that designed it and she is doing great with it. We purchased it as soon as it came out since she was already familiar with it and already it is making our life easier. The app allows you to modify it with pictures which is great to add people and places. This way we can talk about where we are going and what is next so she understands and it will help with transitions. Adding pictures is very easy and she is able to switch between the screens with ease. This app has made it easier for us to communicate-it has been money well spent!

### 4/5 — Fantastic app

*2020-09-17, version 1.32*

My non verbal 3year old was able to immediately pick up on using this app. We added pictures of our own which I find to be one of the best features.

### 4/5 — A Great App!

*2016-10-03, version 1.15*

Has helped my son with communicating in ways he’s never done before, especially with formulating sentences, asking questions and learning about feelings!

### 4/5 — Wonderful app

*2016-03-17, version 1.9*

We use this app for our classroom. You can add words related to lessons quickly, and it helps nonverbal students participate. The kids really enjoy exploring through the app. Only downfall is I wish you could move a folder versus having to do it all over again if you want the folder in a different spot. Would love to see this as an option in an update!

### 4/5 — Communication App

*2015-06-12, version 1.2*

My daughter is 13 and she had an In-Utero Stroke and developed Cerebral Palsy from the stroke. She has severe apraxia and has a hard time pronouncing syllables and making sentences. We have times when she can't tell us what she wants to say to us. We would go back and forth having her repeat what she was saying and then try to say it back to her until we got it right. The frustration level seemed to get high at times. However, since she has started using the B-R-I-D-G-E Communication Plus App she is able to tell us what she is trying to say and some of the words that she had a hard time pronouncing before are becoming more clearer to us. I would highly recommend this app to others.

### 4/5 — Amazing App

*2015-06-11, version 1.2*

This is the most amazing App!!! I am a CNA and a personal caregiver for a 10 year child with special needs who is nonverbal and this app has opened so many doors for him since he started using it at both home and at school!! He has found his voice through this app. He is now able to communicate his every need or wants to us and it now allows him to participate in class with his friends. This app has been a lifesaver for him at home. He is doing excellent and we are all so proud. The other night at dinner his mom was not being quick enough to say his blessing so that he could eat. He reached over and hit prayers on his iPad and grabbed mom's hands to fold and pray. How precious! We all agree that it's times like this that you are so glad to have this wonderful app for communication. He has come so far very quickly since he recieved his device with this app. I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone out there that has a communication need.

### 4/5 — Teacher

*2015-05-29, version 1.1*

I am a high school teacher of students with various disabilities including autism and Down Syndrome. This app has really brought up my students' ability to communicate. They are better able to clearly make their wants and needs known. This has reduced their frustrations and therefore reduced instances of acting out.
The app is user friendly when it comes to editing to add pages or items.

### 5/5 — unable to access

*2020-11-22*

Please help I purchased the upgrade and I am unable to access.

### 5/5 — LOVE this app!

*2019-11-20, version 1.27*

I am extremely impressed with this AAC app! I am a Speech-Language Pathologist and use this app with several of the children I serve, with all wide variety of impairments. This app is not only an alternative form of communication but also can be used for articulation and academic language tasks. The articulation portion of the app has been a lifesaver and the overall language capabilities are far more than I expected! This app is VERY user friendly and I learned how to edit, add, and alter all aspects of the app within one afternoon. I would highly recommend this to any parent, teacher, or SLP that is wanting to provide an easily accessible means of language and articulation!

### 5/5 — Excellent and affordable option for AAC users

*2018-02-22, version 1.23*

I am a Speech Language Pathologist and am always looking for affordable and appropriate options for communication apps, and the Bridge Communication app met and far exceeded my expectations! The symbols are great, and it includes forms to use for progress monitoring and training as well, which I haven’t seen in another voice output app. I even use this app to target speech sounds with my students who are working on articulation skills. This app is comparable to some of the most expensive voice output apps on the market. I can’t say enough about its usefulness and affordability!

### 5/5 — Great communication app and affordable!

*2018-02-22, version 1.23*

The bridge communication app is handy, has pre-loaded words and phrases, and is customizable as well. It is also set at an affordable price. Users can type and use the app as a text to speech device as well. Many additional features unlock with an IAP that still sets the cost far beneath other AAC apps. I recommended this app.

### 5/5 — Mom

*2016-09-08, version 1.14*

I enjoyed bridge communication so much this has truly built a bridge of communication between my son and I. He is less frustrated and I am beyond excited to learn what his wants and needs are. This is a mothers dream come true when it comes to a nonverbal child.

### 5/5 — GREAT APP

*2016-04-17, version 1.9*

I can't say enough wonderful things about this app!! As a speech pathologist, I always have my articulation materials at my fingertips! I use this app with voice output with my nonverbal students to improve functional communication. My students enjoy the books that I make on this app, and I enjoy how quickly I can make the books! This app is also great for vocabulary, concept development and more!

### 5/5 — Much happier now!

*2016-03-22, version 1.9*

The BRIDGE app has been a blessing to Chris and our family. Before he started using the app it was very difficult for Chris to express himself because no one could really understand what he was saying. It made him very frustrated and unhappy. The BRIDGe app has closed the communication gap for Chris. It teaches him to pronounce his words and express himself better. We can all understand him now and it makes him very happy.
