I’ve done a few in the past and didn’t have any issues but this one did. I emailed their support team and Remy resolved the issue within a couple of days. I use lots of apps that offer points for games and other app downloads, and on the rare occasions that an offer doesn’t credit, customer service has fixed the issue and credited my account. Not Bridge. I tried games and I tried an app download. Nothing credited, and customer service does nothing to help. You’ll just get a canned response and no credit. Do your games and offers through literally any other app in this category. This one just doesn’t work and lies to you. ### 1/5 — Hit or Miss *2026-08-17, version 5.3.3* The app for basic spin and earning is fine. Unfortunately, don’t bother with the games. You can follow all of their rules and yet their tech team will be unable to determine if you completed the games through their app. They send you a list of requirements so you can ensure this doesn’t happen again, but it happens every single time. They don’t want to pay out, but want to keep your data. Additionally, you send screenshots and they tell you to wait 7 days, so you wait and they ask for screenshots again to only say they cannot confirm. ### 1/5 — Nerfed to hell *2026-08-05, version 5.3.3* App has been constantly downgrading and losing features now you will make less than before and the daily spin wheel is nerfed I’m constantly getting a 1 everytime ### 1/5 — Don’t download *2026-07-08, version 5.3.3* Do not waste your time downloading and signing up it’s going to say they can’t verify you ### 1/5 — Absolutely refuses to work 🚮 *2026-07-08, version 5.3.3* As soon as I entered my phone number, the app claimed that it “can’t verify my identity and therefore an account can’t be offered.” Tried re-registering and it refused to give any explanation whatsoever. ### 1/5 — This app is a scam *2026-07-03, version 5.3.3* I don’t think this app works anymore . Entered a referral code and it accepted but did not issue me my credits. Completed a few offers and did not receive credit. Reached out to support no response. Don’t use it! Trust me! With the default membership and then bumping up to the Bridge+ that charges $2/week for more features and ways to earn more. For a time I was but the two offerings of surveys TapJoy and More Surveys was removed. I think for some Gold surveys may earn well if you are a certain age category. Mine only shows pennies and when I say this I mean 9 cents for 5 minutes for example. Refreshing the screen gave 1 with 31 cents that said initially I am 90% qualified but then a minute in said no I’m not. I have to justify the $2/week charge and I’m not even breaking even. Lately I thought with the plus plan the daily spin would give more than 1 cent but actually the highest I got once was 9 cents. ### 1/5 — Not For Me *2026-06-01, version 5.3.1* Not for me.
