## What is Bridge Health Portal?

Bridge Health Portal is a virtual online tool that provides secure online access to behavioral health services for those enrolled in agency programs. The Portal allows participants to virtually attend appointments, view upcoming appointments, and submit forms. The Bridge Health Portal provides a more seamless process and ensures agency services are flexible to meet the individual needs of participants.

- The "Join appointment" link for video appointments using a custom telehealth link is available 24 hours in advance
- Providers will not see an error message when joining an appointment
