Es passieren in unsere Hue Welt komische Sachen, Lampen schalten aus oder ein und man weiß nicht warum. Ich hatte gehoft das diese App mir helfen konnte zu verstehen was passiert und was eine aktion an eine Lampe oder Gruppe ausgelöst hat. Vielleicht geht das auch aber ohne Anleitung geht das nicht. Vielleicht muss ich auch nur was aufräumen in die Bridge, aber was genau kann ich selber nicht sehen. 3 Sternen weil es eine gute App sein kann, ich aber nur nicht weiß wie man damit umgeht.

I’m pretty tech savvy, but this is definitely not for the faint of heart. It works, but unless you know which rule is ghUyKln583xxsiu, you won’t be able to use it. I was able to clean up a few scenes I hadn’t used in a while and one or two groups that looked like they were setup using a different app, but by and large it falls in the camp of technically correct, but not useful information.

App works well. It would be nice to change the time zone, since it says that certain events are happening in the future, so it’s hard to understand. There is also no support through the app, which is pretty basic for a paid app.

This app saved my day when the official Hue app by Philips app let me down.

I got the message “Your Hue Bridge doesn’t have enough memory to save this configuration.” Deleting accessories did not help. Running the official Philips Hue app’s built-in “Cleanup” did not help either: “Cleanup failed. Please try again.”  

Initially I installed the app on my iPad, and was disappointed, because after connecting to the Hue bridge the “Clean Up" screen only showed a light gray blank screen. However, then I installed the app on my iPhone. On the iPhone the app is fully functional, and the “Clean Up" does what it is supposed to do.

... die App bietet keinen Mehrwert. Es werden ein paar Daten angezeigt, mehr aber auch nicht. So weiß ich jetzt, dass es offensichtlich eine Vielzahl an angelegten Usern gibt, welche das sind ist nicht ersichtlich und natürlich auch kein Bereinigen.

Aus meiner Sicht dürfte die App für das, was sie bietet, nichts kosten.

Zeigt allerlei Informationen über die Hue Bridge an. Lediglich das Löschen überflüssiger Accounts funktioniert nicht mehr. Vermutlich müsste mal eine Anpassung an die neueste Bridge-Firmware her.

Die Statistiken sind lediglich die Anzahl der verwendeten/freien Resourcen in einen Tortendiagramm. unter Statistiken verstehe ich eigentlich etwas anderes.. 

Benutzer löschen funktioniert überhaupt nicht. Hier stürzt die App immer ab!

Für den Preis habe ich deutlich mehr erwartet.

I mistakenly read the app description that this would allow me to find out about content on my bridge.  After going through the app screen by screen I cannot see anything different here than what I see in the Hue app itself or via iConnectHue which I also own. I was trying to determine what scenes exist on my bridge but this app “inspector” includes no such information.

I migrated from an older v2 bridge to the new Hue Pro bridge. Bridge Inspector will no longer auto locate the Pro bridge. Since that doesn’t work, when trying to add it manually by IP you get a certificate error and it refuses to move forward with the connection. I know it’s been years since this app was updated but I’d love to see it updated for the Pro hardware, I used to utilize it quite a bit.

I’ve been having problems with a particular Hue wall light that wouldn’t reconnect when I moved from one old bridge to the new style of Bridge.
This app only seems to find the old bridges and does not know about the new one. Each time I click on scenes the app crashes and has become unusable

Click on Open. 

Screen flickers something that can’t be seen. 

And does nothing. 

There is no app. It’s just a 3$ icon on my Apple TV that does nothing.

Ich bin begeistert von der Analyse des Antwortverhaltens der Phillips-Leuchtmittel. Eine sehr hilfreiche App zur Optimierung des SmartHome. Diese Infos gibt nicht die Standard-App her. Durch suchen und Platzieren der Lampen und einer OSRAM Home Steckdose kann die sichere Kommunikation des Zusammenspiels herausgekitzelt werden.

I didn’t realize how helpful this app at the beginning. There is no alternative if you want to clean up parts of bridge without full wiping out. This can be helpful if you had multiple apps and these left bunch of leftovers that cause random activity. It is not the everyday tool but indispensable tool. Thank you! (I don’t understand why other reviews so negative)

I have manually programmed our system via Postman. While you could do it manually, it’s quick to debug what’s been missed when getting remote access over a VPN when the wife is calling. The clean up tool is a nice addition, to see if you’ve left garbage. For a programmer I’d recommend.

I was shocked to see some of the negative reviews, so felt compelled to add my own. 

While the UI is relatively basic, this app is the only quick and certain way I know of to find, identify, and at times remedy issues in a large Hue deployment. Functionality such as response time, firmware revisions, and state values matter when things get... funky. Five stars for results and otherwise inaccessible information from my devices. 

I don’t start problem solving with this app, but it’s *always* where I end problem solving.

Thank you - I’m on the page today to check to see how recently it was updated in the hope it will continue to be supported.
