Can’t log in on a computer, gives instant error message. ### 2/5 — Sound doesn’t work *2022-11-08* Installed the app and logged in so I can take courses for work on my phone. Unfortunately no matter what I do there is no sound to any of my videos. Your input is important to us. ### 1/5 — An absolute glitchy mess! *2024-10-30, version 2.15.0* After completing all my training modules for my workplace, Some of my modules are marked as incomplete even though I have completed them, so when I go back into that specific module. It says I’ve completed it and that I should close the module, so I do that and it still says it’s incomplete! Not a good experience, if you are forced to use this by your workplace, make sure to let the staff know that you’ve completed the modules and that the app is not working correctly. I’ve been using Bridge for over 4 years. Even though Bridge is mobile responsive and is great in all devices, having a native app is a game changer! I’ve already taken a course and held a 1on1 from my phone, it worked great! The UX is clean and flows nicely, great job Bridge team! ### 3/5 — UI is great, but… *2023-12-12* The UI in the app itself is great, and I’m excited for when the app is fully functional, but right now I am having to log into the website whenever I want to complete a training. The app says I have completed all trainings and doesn’t show any of my schools resources, but I am able to access all of these on the website. Once the app is updated and supports this then I will give 5 stars, but for now it’s basically useless. ### 2/5 — Poor Experience *2025-06-17* The experience was one of the worst I have witnessed.
