## What is Bridge Mobile?

Is growing your insurance agency worth 15 minutes of your time? We all know it’s the relationships that sell policies, and makes the job more fulfilling.  But keeping up with those relationships has gotten more complicated every year as technology changes. Having piecemeal solutions for phone, texting, faxing, chatting, video calls, … just doesn’t work well. You need a unified communications system that allows you to nurture relationships by working with technology, not against it. 

The Redcliffe Group are InsureTech experts who built an app called Bridge that allows me to unify my communications and access them from anywhere.  And, it works seamlessly with my existing management system so I don’t have to change my work flows.  

Now, for the price of what I was already paying for my phone system, I get Bridge’s enterprise-level VoIP phone system plus texting, quote sheets, time clock, an advanced call center, video calling, call recording, internal chat, faxing, etc. 

This is the mobile app that makes that all happen from your phone.

Constantly logs out, when I try to sign in it give an error message.  70% of the time I cannot access text messages, overall a pretty crappy experience

Bridge VIOP is typically adequate in office with computer based phones or hard phones. The mobile app often has a delay and tends to cut in and out to the point where I can no longer use it with clients. They usually blame the issues on cell service but I’m buried in 4G and 5G service and it does the same while on wifi (100+mbs service).

It’s great for regular phone calls. I can no longer access my voicemail or text messages from the app. Calls are clear and the quality is pretty nice. Just wish I could use the app as it was originally setup.
