When using Face ID should automatically login. When using HoneySwap it does not connect to wallet on the Gnosis chain. I had to go to ImToken to connect HoneySwap to my ImToken wallet to buy MPS. Come on guys this should be flawless. I know you can do better. Why using Wise it cannot transfer to your Newchatel bank? Wise says transfers cannot yet be process to your bank. I don't understand why therefore Wise works perfectly with SwissBorg app. I think you are in the same country. IBAN for Wise should be fixed pronto. Have been using the app without getting any problems at all. Can purchase BTC using my card, and literally got no problems. The only problems I do have is the fees for card transactions (could be better) and making sending with bank accounts less-confusing… like maybe add a direct link with UK banks or individual country banks like NatWest/Santander/etc. Also trying to send money directly not to your main wallet but external wallet requires you to verify it by sending crypto which is a bit of a hassle. Apart from that, great app, thanks! They don’t even deserve a star. I transferred 1k to my account and when I checked my account a few days later to do a transfer, my account was 0.00. I sent messages a few times to inquire and to ask for a transaction history or a statement, but no response. When I check the portal for transactions, nothing was coming up. They were responding to me very promptly when I was setting up my account and now they don’t even respond to me. Do not do business with them. It was done overnight while sleeping. **Developer response:** Hello, if a transaction has been made without your consent, it means that either someone else has been able to access your secret phrase, either you have connected your wallet to a phishing website. Both cases are human errors, not malfunctions of the app or the service. We understand this is frustrating and we're sorry about your experience, but giving the app a bad rating in this context is not exactly fair. We'd appreciate if you could remove or update it accordingly. Thank you in advance! ### 1/5 — Something’s up with this *2022-08-30* Not only can’t I use the main feature of this (buying and selling crypto) but you can’t even hook it up to a mining account. I have tried tirelessly with support to no end. I was going to recommend this wallet to friends and family, they live in other countries. If the developer is going to trick people into downloading it only to tell them later, during verification, that you can’t use it then they can’t be trusted. I think I’ll just use the native wallet the Swiss bank I use just developed instead. **Developer response:** Hello, the wallet itself is usable in the U.S., only the crypto-fiat exchange service is not. We're sorry that you feel tricked, but this is disclosed all over our website and on the first step of the app's identification process to prevent you starting it for nothing. ### 1/5 — Now I'm accused of lying *2022-02-18, version 1.22* Bridge developer responds to my reveiw blaming me saying I provided them with the incorrect information regaridng the sellimng of XDAI to GBP. This is an outright false. I provided them with what was asked for which was a local GBP account number and sort code which is correct. They also asked for an IBAN. The form said, "Don't have IBAN ?" and then asked for a BIC code. Which I also provided them with. Where does this mysterious IBAN number come from ? As I did not enter one. And now they want to charge for the return of the funds. Which by the way, I still don't have. ### 1/5 — Funds don’t arrive *2022-02-15, version 1.21* If you use their service where you sell crypto to a regular bank account, they ask for a form to be completed where they ask for your local account number and sort code. They also ask for a BIC code. They then send the funds with this details but with an IBAN code that isn’t yours. The funds are then sent to that account with your details but you never see those funds because it’s not your account. So that looks like a scam to me. They will of course try to say that it’s your fault and not theirs. Ce wallet est super ouvert (on peut l'intégrer dans Metamask), multi protocole (dont BTC, Binance, Polygon!) directement sans config. Il suffit de rajouter les tokens désirés. De plus en OnRamp et OffRamp (par virement bancaire) ça marche super bien et c'est souvent sans ou faibles frais !!! I found out about this CEX a couple of months ago and I love how they have integrated your own EVM compatible wallet into a CEX and you can seamlessly withdraw and buy crypto at surprisingly low fees compared to other CEX's. I did a test withdrawal of €26 last week and I received it into my UK bank account within 1 working day which is extremely fast for an international bank transfer and for selling crypto. I will definitely be using Mt Pelerin/Bridge Wallet again for my withdrawals and for buying crypto in the future as I do not need to KYC unless I am withdrawing a huge amount. On top of that, I can withdraw across multiple layer 2 chains easily without having to bridge assets to a certain chain.
