### 3/5 — Langue

*2026-08-12, version 3.24.0*

J’aimerais une version en français
Merci

### 3/5 — Adding explanations

*2026-08-02, version 3.23.2*

I think this would be really great if there was a little button to click on so you know what each thing means and it has a little description (like what reps are etc…)

### 2/5 — Bells and Whistles

*2026-07-20, version 3.23.2*

I see lots of cool stuff on Instagram I don’t see any of this cool stuff on the app🤦‍♂️

### 3/5 — N/a

*2026-05-04, version 3.22.1*

To bland but helps with lifts

### 2/5 — Above my skill set

*2026-02-11, version 3.21.0*

I don’t feel comfortable with the gym. I think the machines are too advanced for me. I don’t feel like I have your assistance that I need. To get the full benefit of the workout that’s available here.

### 3/5 — Ambiguous

*2026-02-07, version 3.21.0*

At the end of the workout, I get a message that I have not completed all the blocks when I fill out the final questionnaire. I look back and I have no clue as to what block I’m missing.

### 5/5 — Bridge keeps me Athletic

*2026-02-05, version 3.21.0*

I have used Bridge for years and as a former D1 athlete, I feel like I am still getting the same quality workouts that I was getting from the Athletic staff in school.

### 5/5 — Great app for Trainer and Athletes

*2026-02-02, version 3.21.0*

The program builder is second to none. If you are a serious coach looking to build your own Programms while accessing a powerful exercise library this is for you. Incredibly powerful for trainers/coaches to build sophisticated programs and for athletes to take on any device and in any weight room setting!

### 5/5 — Great app

*2026-02-02, version 3.21.0*

I use it every time I work out. I’ve lost 40 lbs since starting Bridge

### 5/5 — My time

*2026-01-31, version 3.21.0*

Enjoy having this option to my exercise plan. For me time and travel means a flexible schedule to the week.

### 5/5 — Exceptional

*2026-01-31, version 3.21.0*

Amazing App and interface. Extremely friendly and necessary for your weekly workouts. Strongly recommend it for your health and wellness.

### 5/5 — Great!

*2026-01-30, version 3.21.0*

Very pro, a great complement with my trainer

### 3/5 — It’s good

*2025-12-17, version 3.19.0*

Would be great if the timer didn’t reset to 0 every time I close it. Just keep the last time set as the time.

Annoying when I’m mid workout and have to keep setting the same timer to 40 seconds.

### 5/5 — Tomas c

*2025-05-14, version 3.15.0*

I really liked the bridge app, I used it for about two weeks to help me Keep track with my exercises for my hip flexors and lower body. I feel like it was very good to help me stay on track and complete my exercises I like how you can see the calendar on the top of your workout session and you can also see all of your past workouts. Its easy to navigate, which was a plus. I don’t have any recommendations to add to this app to make it bette. I like how they add videos to help you stay on track. The only thing I would say is for people just getting the app to set up a work out that works well for you and let them do the rest.

### 3/5 — It’s what my coach uses and it’s ok

*2025-05-06, version 3.15.0*

Doesn’t have Strava integration, which I find really annoying. I’ve been using the app for about 3yrs now and I still find it confusing when I accidentally exit an in-progress workout and need to navigate back to resume it—this type of scenario should be more seamless. That’s are two main complaints otherwise app is ok.

### 2/5 — Hard Pass

*2025-02-08, version 3.13.6*

App is difficult to navigate and offers a poor mobile experience. Mobile lacks major needed features.

### 3/5 — Needs UI Refresh and Apple Health Connectivity

*2025-01-12, version 3.13.4*

Decent app. I use it mainly because that’s what my trainer uses to write programs for clients. Something I’d like to see is a UI refresh and the ability to connect Apple Health to the app so that metrics like weight/sleep/etc. can be tracked.

### 3/5 — Needs Health & Watch Connectivity

*2024-08-16, version 3.11.1*

Title says it all.

Overall, I’m happy with this app. It is stable & intuitive, but it needs to connect to Health & my Apple Watch the way StrongLifts does.

I’m my scale is also Bluetooth, so it pushes metrics to my phone every time I step on it and it would be great if this app pulled that data from there as well.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Bad

*2026-08-25, version 3.24.1*

Controls are hard to operate, video is muted by default and your exercises that require time duration don’t go into stopwatch mode. The time from start to timing on the stopwatch is only 3 seconds and it doesn’t have a countdown timer on the last 5 seconds. Overall, very poorly designed ergonomics.

### 1/5 — Offline Functionally Nonexistent

*2025-08-07, version 3.17.1*

I exercise in a place without an internet connection. This app has an offline mode, so it fit the bill. However, it takes over 90 seconds between each page, and clearly is expecting an internet connection between each button press. After a workout, once I reconnect my process is deleted.

There is no reason a workout log needs a constant connect — it’s just text!

### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time

*2022-06-02, version 3.4.3*

Not a good app at all

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work on iPad

*2022-03-21, version 3.4.1*

And no sound on videos. What a waste of time

### 1/5 — Grossly grossly overpriced piece of junk

*2021-07-02, version 3.0.0*

If you are a personal trainer looking for a software solution for your clients, PLEASE look elsewhere. I am now stuck with this thing because it’s what my trainer uses but I absolutely hate it. First, $20 a month for what? A training log? I used to get a completed form with exercises from my trainer and I didn’t have to pay for it. Now I get an annoying app that I can’t even write my reps or notes in. I can only tick a box. If you are the kind of person who wants to obsessively track how you’re feeling and hydration and exertion levels bla bla(which is better done in myfitnesspal anyway, and just tick a box mind you) you might like this. Another plus is that it can hold videos of exercises which your trainer uploads. Major downsides other than stupid price is you cannot interrupt a workout. Gotta finish what you started or the app will make life difficult for you. Even worse, the dashboard my trainer gets doesn’t even show how much of the program I completed - she just sees that I opened it that day. Piece of junk not likely to survive in next few years I’d say.

### 1/5 — Want to cancel

*2021-02-01, version 2.18.7*

Trying to cancel this program and the fit one but it’s very difficult, instructions are vague

### 1/5 — Poorly Executed Product

*2020-05-20, version 2.14.11*

The idea behind Bridge is a good one, but the execution is incredibly poor. The administering and recording of programs is far too limited in Bridge. It is even more deficient on the technical side, which often appears to have the technical sophistication of a self-taught high-school-aged programmer designing their first app. If you have a choice, I would not use it.

### 1/5 — Disappointing customer service

*2020-03-01, version 2.14.2*

I had really high hopes for this since I am a former competitive athlete and I used core performance back in the day. After they switched to Bridge was excited to try them. I gave them my information and gym equipment I had access to and they built the program. In the initial phases it was mostly body weight stuff and it was fine albeit elementary but I figured it was a ramp up program. I soon discovered that they completely disregarded my input and had equipment that I didn’t not have access to and there is no way to substitute or alter the program from the app or the website. I contacted support several times by email and through social media and they promised to fix it but never did. Really disappointed.

### 1/5 — Glitching

*2019-10-20, version 2.13.0*

The app has become completely unusable. I don’t know if it’s because of the new iOS or the new Bridge update, but it glitches and crashes every time I try to open it. It had been good but it’s now useless.

### 1/5 — Get the timer to work

*2019-03-09, version 2.8.0*

The timer is useless in this app and it’s infuriating.

Switching back and forth between apps to use a timer makes me never recommend this app

Fix this please

### 5/5 — Best tool

Lo mejor del mundo

### 5/5 — 3 months in

*2026-05-02, version 3.22.1*

### 5/5 — Alpha “John” Male

### 5/5 — Great app

*2026-04-29, version 3.22.1*

I’ll workouts show you a video of how it’s done and allows for you to account for weight used and reps

### 5/5 — Suggestion

*2026-04-15, version 3.22.1*

It would be helpful to integrate a timer into the interface. Specifically on each set, if it is timed you could click on a start button and it would time your set then when you hit stop it automatically inputs and moves you to the next set.

### 5/5 — Elite!

*2026-03-10, version 3.21.1*

The Altis, Westside Barbell, and Luka Hocevar partnerships go a long way. Great exercise library. Takes me 2hrs/month to program for 100 people across group and individual programs.

### 5/5 — Trainers

*2026-02-25, version 3.21.1*

Perfect

### 5/5 — Amazing Tool!

*2026-02-05, version 3.21.0*

The BridgeAthletic app provides incredible functionality to my workouts. By tracking each lift I’m able to gain strength more consistently. I also love the year-end “Wrapped” : I lifted 308 school buses last year!
