Login with biometrics doesn’t work and has never worked. No easy way to setup a promise to pay. Aside from the Apple Pay ability, which doesn’t work sometimes, there is no easy way to make a payment. I have had numerous errors and it has cost me in multiple fees. It makes me wonder if this company is scamming people through fees. Extremely high interest rates. Customer service representatives often seem misleading and don’t listen to customers. I had to clearly and firmly decline life insurance five different times before they finally stopped pushing it, even though I never requested it in the first place. The mobile app rarely works properly. I’ve deleted and reinstalled it multiple times, but I still have the same login and functionality issues. Whenever I have a question, I have to call customer service, wait for a live representative, listen to a sales pitch or information I never asked for, decline it, and only then can I get answers to my actual questions. ### 5/5 — App *2026-05-19, version 3.32.10928298* App always works perfectly fine for me.
