### 1/5 — Not working!

*2024-04-04, version 1.2*

It says “new update is ready” and sends me to Apple store, but Apple store doesn’t have update.

### 1/5 — New update is flawed.

*2024-04-04, version 1.2*

The app is now useless and all it does it prompt you to update it even after you’ve already updated it.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2024-04-04, version 1.2*

Just tells me there is an update available and kicks me back to the App Store. Completely useless.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2024-04-04, version 1.2*

A pop up keeps saying update available but when you click it nothing. You can’t even get to the app to sign in.

### 1/5 — Wont open

*2024-04-03, version 1.2*

Kept popping up with “please update” window. Then you go to update and there is no update.

### 1/5 — UNUSABLE

*2024-04-03, version 1.2*

I just downloaded the latest version 1.2 and was immediately faced with "Update available" pop up as soon as I opened the app. There is no way to close the pop up window so it wanted me to update a non existent newer version.

The app is basically unusable.. There was absolutely no testing involved before releasing version 1.2.

### 1/5 — Update does not work

*2024-04-03, version 1.2*

Forced to update after a day of use and now app hangs on update message even after updating

I am a new neighbor and I can register my account since the Option of Bridgeland Central is not listed. Thank you

### 1/5 — Fix the app or just close it it’s useless

*2024-10-17, version 1.4*

Whoever dropped that 5star comment was a staff trying to overwrite the bad review the app doesn’t work including the login

### 1/5 — Notifications

*2024-07-14, version 1.4*

Notifications are nowhere to be found. I received a notification alert and can read part of the message but when I click on it, the app opens but doesn’t take me anywhere. Just leave me at the main home screen and the notification is nowhere to be found.

### 5/5 — Great app, way better than website!

*2024-06-19, version 1.3*

Love it. Perl’s well. Reserved a pavillion easily through app. Much better than the website that was not user friendly imo.

### 3/5 — Excellent Start, Some Feedback

*2025-03-28, version 1.6*

It’s truly amazing that a neighborhood has its own app where you can find community resources, information and documents. That is a very appreciated tool to have, especially with the widespread use of technology everywhere else. My main feedback is going to be in terms of finding amenities. I expected the amenity map to function like Google where you can search by type and then they all populate on the map to view, but it’s not intuitive. Instead, you have to select a type of amenity and the select the specific name/building for it to be visible on the map. Moreover more than 1 amenity cannot be seen on the map at one time. It’s very tedious to try and find amenities this way in such a large neighborhood. It would be much easier if all of “each type” of amenity were displayed at the same time. Even adding basic keywords to the search would make finding amenities easier such as “park”, “pool”, “dog park” etc. I believe this app can get better and hope they continue to improve it and add to it!
