## What is BridgeLens?

BridgeLens turns everyday photos into compact language-learning cards for the language you choose. Take a photo or choose one from your library, then BridgeLens uses on-device recognition and local AI to explain useful words from menus, signs, objects, notes, and daily scenes.

Chinese and English stay as helper languages, while your current learning language can be Japanese, Korean, or another supported language. Each card keeps the target language clear instead of crowding every language onto the same screen.

Save useful words, review meanings, browse your memory by language, and ask the local model for simple word explanations. BridgeLens can also read your saved words and question history to suggest weak spots for review.

Designed for privacy:
- No account required
- Photos and study history stay on your device
- AI runs locally after the offline model is prepared
- The model is delivered by Apple-hosted Background Assets, so first setup may take time on Wi-Fi and suitable power
