After culling, hand off your picks to Lightroom or any other editing app in seconds. **Treat raw + jpg as one shot** Automatically pairs raw and jpg files from the same shot. Switch between them seamlessly with one tap to compare before rating. **Fast Thumbnail Browsing** Prioritizes embedded thumbnails for instant loading, even in folders with hundreds of shots. You can now delete photos directly from the app. Long-press a thumbnail or tap "…" in the detail view to move an entire group to the Trash — so you can clear out the obvious rejects right as you work. Thumbnail loading has been redesigned from the ground up. Cached photos appear the moment scanning starts, and uncached ones are generated on the fly as you scroll. For Sony and other camera JPEGs, Bridge Lite uses the embedded preview image for fast, high-quality thumbnails — no full-file decode needed. Background processing is now supported. When you leave the app mid-scan, Bridge Lite hands off to iOS background tasks to keep EXIF indexing and thumbnail generation running. By the time you return, everything is ready. When the app sits idle after a scan, it automatically releases data and returns to the welcome screen (default: 1 minute). This eliminates unnecessary battery drain from lingering in the background. The welcome screen shows your last folder so you can pick up right where you left off — instantly, from cache.
