App never works always says “error loading retry”

Online banking never works. Every single time I get on I have to change the password which requires a call to the bank and a walk-through and six or seven attempts even though I can see that the passwords match they do not take. I am so sick of this Bank. I've been with them for years, there's no interest of $40,000 checking account, I'm moving to a credit union. Buh-bye.

Wanted to like the app but the Face ID feature sometimes doesn’t work. It’ll try to unlock but after it fails the first time it’ll consecutively try again and again in a never ending cycle until your locked out. I thought it was my camera but all other apps work fine with my device. Hopefully this gets fixed.

The Touch ID causes the app to crash every time. Was a great app before but a pretty nice feature isn’t working anymore.

You can not use a ‘For Deposit Only’ stamp on the back of the check. It fails without a signature.

I rotate between a half dozen passwords in my life. Not being able to use a previous password is really messing me up. I then have to write it down (not secure). Only real gripe. Its a pain every login.

I liked the app a bunch, but the latest updates don’t appear to work on iphone 5 anymore and it won’t let me use the old version.

I don’t usually rate apps, especially bank apps but this has a very clean experience and easy to use. The transition to the new interface was easy. It’s simple just what I need to conduct mobile banking business. Overall great work Bridgewater Bank! Nice upgrade and simple design.
