New Photo and Video Display Feature Press and hold the lower screen to open a selection menu for Conversation Support (Photo/Video) and Brain Training (Memory Game). Select Conversation Support (Photo/Video), then choose a photo or video. The selected photo or video will be displayed on both the lower and upper screens. You can enter text over the photo or video without affecting the background image or video, because the app uses a layered display system. This feature can be used to support conversation by showing travel photos, childhood photos, family memories, pets, flowers, scenery, and other images that can become shared topics. Press and hold the lower screen again to display options such as “Change Photo/Video” and “End Photo Mode.” You can choose another photo or video, or return to the normal Bridgy screen by selecting “End Photo Mode.” 2. Brain Training: Memory Game Selecting Brain Training opens the Memory Game screen. You can choose either two-player mode or AI battle mode. In AI battle mode, you can select the AI difficulty level: Weak, Normal, or Strong. You can choose from three card layouts: 4x3, 4x4, or 4x6. The lower screen side goes first. Tap any card to start the game. To quit during the game, tap the X button at the lower left of the screen. When the game ends, the result, score, confetti animation, “Play Again,” and “Return to Bridgy” buttons are displayed. 3. New Screen Lock Setting A new screen lock setting has been added under “Screen and Language” in the Settings screen. When Screen Lock Prevention is ON, the screen will not automatically lock while using Bridgy for conversation. When it is OFF, the device follows its original Auto-Lock setting. Even when Screen Lock Prevention is ON, the device returns to its original setting after the app is closed. This feature works only while the app is in use. 4. Display Language The App Store display languages have been corrected to Japanese and English. When the menu language is set to English, menu items such as “Photo/Video Mode” are displayed in English. 5.
