## What is Brieflee?

Brieflee writes up your meetings for you.

Record a meeting or a conversation on your iPhone, even with the screen locked or another app open. When it ends, Brieflee gives you a report: what was discussed, what was decided and who agreed to do what.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Record from your iPhone with one tap
• Bring in a recording from Files or another app
• Send the Brieflee notetaker to your Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet calls from your calendar
• Read each meeting’s summary, decisions and tasks
• See who said what in the transcript
• Ask Brieflee a question about your meetings and see which meetings the answer came from
• Review the tasks Brieflee suggests, confirm the ones you want and tick them off
• Follow decisions, projects, clients and vendors across meetings
• Get a notification when a report is ready

YOUR RECORDINGS STAY ON YOUR PHONE
Your iPhone writes out what it records. Only the written transcript goes to your Brieflee account; the audio stays on your phone.

YOUR ACCOUNT
Sign in with Apple, Google, Microsoft or your Brieflee email and password. Your meetings are the same on your iPhone and on the web.

Always tell people before you record them.
