I don’t know why the survey asks if you want to practice grammar, because it only focusses on learning words. The advertisement says we can master Arabic if we memorize at least 5,000 words. However, there are only about 994 words available in total — not even 1,000, let alone 5,000. You get the word wrong because the app can’t handle it. The sound prompts don’t work automatically and there is no way to write to the developers as this is disabled in the settings. I have literally paid for nothing. I've already tried contacting customer service twice and haven't even gotten a response. What a scam! **Developer response:** We apologize for the late response. J’avais vérifié dans l’appli on me disait bien que je n’avais pas accès. Pourtant +d’un mois plus tard j’ai été prélevée des 90€. C’est une honte ! Du vol ! J’ai fait une demande de remboursement immédiat. Rather than trying to learn sentence structure, alphabet and grammar — this approach simply exposes you to everyday words. It teaches you how the words sound and walks you through how they are spelled in English and Arabic. Daily time commitment is about 20ish minutes and its habit forming. I’m up to 700+ words. I look forward to reaching 1,000 and believe this will help me when I do try to learn grammar and sentence structure. Even the Arabic letters and sounds are becoming more familiar after using this app, even though it’s not the primary focus.
