### 4/5 — Great thus far!!!

*2026-03-28, version 4.5.8*

I was drawn to the lifetime membership with one purchase. It’s been a great motivation tool to help me keep track. The AI food scanner has not been the most accurate but it’s still a new app with potential. I’m happy with my purchase and looking forward to how they better it in the future.

### 4/5 — Excellent App minus a Couple Issues

*2026-03-21, version 4.5.8*

This app is very nice and I like the way it looks and works. Only issues for not giving 5 stars is I am finding I need to reload sometimes because the app isn’t loading info properly. iPhone 10.

Other than that, keep up the great work.

### 1/5 — Access lost, where is my account?

*2026-03-05, version 4.5.7*

I have been on the app and paid since early testing, and as of today I can no longer log into my account. Developer support leads to a dead link?? Can support please reach out asap to sort this out.

### 1/5 — I’m having issues now

*2026-03-03, version 4.5.7*

The app was working fine and I was enjoying that is connected to everything but now it won’t log me back in and tells me to contact support. When I try the support system is not available.
I would like to keep the app but if it doesn’t get fixed I will not be keeping it.

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2026-02-19, version 4.5.5*

Great app. Good attention to detail

### 5/5 — The last all in one health you’ll need

*2026-02-12, version 4.5.4*

Self explanatory title really. Covers everything i need to track in one convenient space.
It’s also constantly evolving and improving which in turn helps you evolve and improve.

### 5/5 — Review of Bright OS launch from Beta

*2026-02-12, version 4.5.4*

I have been using the Bright OS app now for a few months and although initially I struggled to be able to use the app in its most basic ways due to the app crashing or bugs given a day or two there would be a new update and the bugs would be gone. The daily or bi-daily updates are really promising for an app even in its beta stages so I’m really hoping that the developers continue to push out updates even small ones because they have had a really big impact on whether I continued using the app. Although i would really like to see better integration between Whoop and Bright OS their public road map shows its in the works and I think once Whoop and other application integration comes along the app will really take off. I look forward to writing another review in another 3 months time and giving it another 5 stars. Keep up the great work Bright OS Team

Update 12/02/26

1 year later using BrightOS and I’m still using the App.
My 5 star rating has not changed and I am incredibly proud of how far the app has come. Regular updates are continually coming out and bugs and features are being removed and added all the time. It is amazing to see how far this app has come and it has changed my health in so many ways. I’m extremely excited to be apart of the future and with V5 releasing soon Bright is going to be staying on my iPhone dock as the first app I open in the mornings. Meal planning has come so far and it is the most intuitive system I’ve used in any app. Auto logging while I haven’t fully utilised it is an amazing feature the calorie tracking is nothing like any other app. I have friends who now use BrightOS as a part of their fitness journey and have come so far from it. While unfortunately we don’t have Whoop integration yet I am still hopeful and excited for the day it comes. The BrightOS team have continued to do an amazing job and the transparent update emails are refreshing to see compared to other apps which don’t provide any roadmap. 2026 is an exciting year and I hope BrightOS continues to be apart of my life.

### 3/5 — Great, but definitely still ways to go.

*2026-02-11, version 4.5.4*

I’ve tried many apps that do almost the same as Bright, but most fall short. Although Bright still has some missing features, the team behind it is open as to their road map and when we expect to receive updates. I cannot wait to see the improvements and future surprises they have.

It’s been a pleasure to use the app, it feels snappy and buttery smooth after the latest update (4.5) and that’s only half of the update.

### 5/5 — Finally, a smart way to see your health in one place

*2026-02-10, version 4.5.4*

Bright takes the chaos of scattered health data and turns it into clarity. It quietly pulls together the numbers that matter - activity, vitals, trends - and presents them in a way that actually makes sense and drives better decisions. The design is sharp, the experience feels considered, and the insights are genuinely useful rather than overwhelming. It’s less about tracking for tracking’s sake, and more about understanding your health in one intelligent, well-structured view.

### 5/5 — All round great health app!

*2026-02-09, version 4.5.4*

So good to have such a super comprehensive app at an affordable price compared to others in the market, combing all major health features in one place. Issues/bugs always getting fixed quickly and regular app updates are a bonus!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Incredibly poor customer support

*2026-07-21, version 4.5.10*

I paid for the lifetime access in March, but I’ve continued to be charged $20 a month even though I shouldn’t have been. I’ve contacted customer support multiple times to resolve this, but I still haven’t received an adequate response. So far, I’ve only been refunded $20, despite the ongoing issue.

The lack of communication and customer service has been extremely disappointing. When customers pay for lifetime access, they shouldn’t have to keep chasing support over continued charges.

I would really appreciate a reply from the support team so this can finally be resolved. Until then, I can’t recommend this app.

### 1/5 — Has my money and I’m locked out

*2026-07-09, version 4.5.10*

I purchased a lifetime license as a beta supporter and haven't been able to access the app in months. Every time I email support, I get the same response: "it was a server error, it should be fixed now." It never is. We've gone back and forth repeatedly with zero actual resolution.

On top of that, the privacy policy link on their site returns a 404 error. For an app that has my payment info and account data, having no accessible privacy policy is a serious red flag. I have no idea what's being done with my data.

I wanted to support this app early, and this is how paying customers get treated. Avoid until they fix their servers, their support, and their privacy policy.

### 1/5 — Apple login and creating options not working.

*2026-06-16, version 4.5.10*

Earlier the app was working fine however when I try to create a new account or use my Apple ID to sign in the app gives me an error and I can’t make a new account because that doesn’t work either. I like the app a lot but I will be forced to use another one if this cannot be fixed.

### 1/5 — Absolutely Rubbish

*2026-05-19, version 4.5.10*

I signed up to Bright OS using a free 1-year code provided through work. During setup, I was required to enter my card details even though the code successfully activated the subscription.

Since then, my card has been charged anyway. I’ve sent multiple emails asking for my subscription to be removed and the charges stopped, but customer support has been extremely slow and unhelpful. I’m still waiting for a proper response.

What makes this even worse is how difficult it is to actually find the option to cancel or opt out — it feels intentionally hidden and very predatory. Requiring payment details for a “free” subscription and then charging customers without clear consent is unacceptable.

Very disappointing experience overall. I would strongly recommend being cautious before entering payment information into this app.

### 1/5 — Ignored by support, no resolution after a year, and they deleted my account

*2026-05-18, version 4.5.10*

I’m a lifetime subscription member who started using Bright in the early days. I even won their giveaway from over a year ago now. Despite over 30+ emails sent and the occasional response from them which they then disappear from, including from their CEO/Founder, I still have not received my prizes and am just ignored by their entire team (last response was in March where they promised to look into and get back ASAP). To boot, I can no longer login to my account and it says the user account doesn’t exist and may have been deleted. I was a big advocate but this entire experience has been extremely disappointing.

### 1/5 — No Response Since 03/27

*2026-05-10, version 4.5.10*

I paid for the lifetime offer that I received via email, but was unable to get the app to acknowledge my subscription. I sent an email for assistance on 03/22, and after a few days of correspondence, I still couldn’t access the lifetime subscription in the app, despite being advised that I should be all set. I requested a refund on 03/27 and as of today, 04/16, I have not received a response. I initiated a dispute with my credit card company on 04/01, and I cannot say whether it’s still ongoing because of my credit card company, or because of Bright OS. I also confirmed a few minutes ago that I still cannot access the app, because I cannot get beyond step 11/12 that requires me to select either a monthly or annual subscription.

### 1/5 — Cancel membership but still getting charge

*2026-05-04, version 4.5.9*

I cancel my subscription before my trail was up and I have been charged 2 x 19.99
I have deleted the app
How do I stop the payment

### 1/5 — Doesn’t recognize subscription

*2026-04-18, version 4.5.8*

I subscribed as a lifetime user but now the app doesn’t recognize my subscription. I’ve informed the developers but they haven’t provided a solution. They gave excuses of Easter Holiday and Apple holding up the next release but it’s been almost a month now and I haven’t been able to use the app. I’m afraid this was a waste of money.

### 1/5 — No Response Since 03/27

*2026-04-16, version 4.5.8*

I paid for the lifetime offer that I received via email, but was unable to get the app to acknowledge my subscription. ### 1/5 — Terrible

*2026-04-13, version 4.5.8*

This is like someone did a quick vibe code and forgot some important essentials, like actually making the data useful. They also sting you and do not let you cancel your trial in the app so you have to email them which is also impossible as their co tact details are hard to find. So by the time your time over which is just 3 days, you have a charge inpsutr of requesting not to go ahead in post setup of the app on day one. Terrible app, should be illegal to charge people without giving them an option in app to cancel. Should be banned from he App Store!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Game changer

*2026-07-07, version 4.5.10*

This app has been a god send, I have ADHD and being able to track everything and see what things stress me has been amazing. It also helps hold me accountable while still making it fun.
The developer team have been really helpful and I see a “bright” future for this app 😉

### 5/5 — Goat app

*2026-05-28, version 4.5.10*

### 5/5 — Great App

### 5/5 — Excellent App

*2026-03-21, version 4.5.8*

Really good design and visualization of your data.

### 5/5 — Finally! An app to help me just UNDERSTAND

*2026-03-21, version 4.5.8*

I can’t be more happy with this app. Being able to see my exercise, sleep, and nutrition in a single app instead of having 3 different ones, has been a blessing.

### 5/5 — Actually makes life easier

*2026-03-16, version 4.5.7*

Many probably arent getting the same values rn but this is truly the only health app that seamlessly works with my ai environment. get api access, build so skills and hooks… trust

### 5/5 — So much potential

*2026-03-03, version 4.5.7*

I invested into this app about a year ago, I regret nothing. It’s such a great app, they’ve been working and adding more things since i’ve had it. I’m very excited to see what more they will be adding especially for US users. I hope they bring more integrations

### 5/5 — Great Heath App

*2026-03-01, version 4.5.6*

A great app that is more than tracking calories in & out. I can track my recovery, stress, strain & more.

### 5/5 — So far so good

*2026-02-28, version 4.5.6*

So far I am enjoying the app and that it connects all features of health together 😊

### 5/5 — The best “all-in-one” health app I have used

*2026-02-20, version 4.5.5*

Bright OS is one of the few health apps that feels genuinely well thought out. The UI is clean, it is easy to navigate, and it keeps everything in one place without overwhelming you. It helps me stay consistent because it is quick to check and simple to use day to day.

If I had one request, it would be even more customisation for views and reminders so each person can tailor it to how they track. Overall though, it is polished and practical, and I am very happy with it
