## What is Bright Ride?

Bright Ride is the delivery companion for restaurants using Bright Kitchen.

Riders pair securely with their store and receive assigned delivery routes in one focused app. Each route shows the next stop, delivery address, payment status and order bag details.

With Bright Ride, riders can:
• Follow a clear stop-by-stop route timeline
• Open turn-by-turn directions in Google Maps
• Call customers and report delivery issues
• Message the store and receive urgent updates
• Confirm deliveries with a clear cash-payment warning
• Track cash collected and complete handover accurately
• Keep working with resilient offline data when connectivity drops
• Choose transport mode and app language

Location is used during active delivery routes so the store can coordinate deliveries. Notifications alert riders about new routes and important store messages.

Bright Ride is intended for authorised riders working with participating Bright Kitchen locations.
