## What is Brightalk?

Brightalk is an AI phone system for Taiwanese small and mid-sized businesses. This app puts your company's phone line and customer records in your pocket.

PLACE CALLS ON YOUR COMPANY NUMBER
Dial straight from a contact record or the keypad. Calls go out over your company's line, so customers see the company number instead of your personal one. Mute, speaker and DTMF are available mid-call.

TAKE COMPANY CALLS ON YOUR IPHONE
Turn this iPhone into an extension. Incoming company calls ring through the native iOS call screen, so you can answer from the lock screen without sitting at a desk phone.

REVIEW WHAT THE AI AGENT DID
Every call your AI agent handles comes back as an outcome and a summary. Read the full transcript and play the recording from your phone.

CONTACTS AND CALL HISTORY
Search by name, company or number. See pipeline stage, deal value, missed-call count, last contact and next follow-up. Personal and AI calls are listed separately.

IN SYNC WITH THE WEB DASHBOARD
Everything you see matches the Brightalk web dashboard, scoped to your organization's permissions.

----------

A Brightalk account is required
Brightalk is a business subscription. Accounts are provisioned by your company's Brightalk administrator; this app does not offer sign-up. Visit brightalk.ai if your company has not adopted Brightalk yet.
