Right after I paid a mess started! Simple question to see tutors option tool me couple of weeks to get. With quite annoyed administrator. After she finally send me links to profiles, she could not assigned teacher. Asking me some weird actions again and again. When he returned he explained that he would be subject to a penalty of 1500 rupees which had to be paid to Brightchamps if the student did not attend. you can be sure that the teacher has a good signal. If it's like this, we are also at a loss for the 30 minutes wasted. It's better to find a place to learn coding that can be done face to face ### 4/5 — Very well priced and good value for money kids love learning *2023-12-20, version 2.2.7* I purchased lessons with Bright Champs over 6 months ago for the first time and my kids are doing very well and really learning how to code. Teachers are very good. Some glitches in app and communication with India based support team can be annoying at times but most problems get solved. Teachers are from all over the world and you get your designated teacher which you may change if you wish. Some issues with reminder or tests occur such as reminders send to my email at 3:30am ! That my daughters quiz expires in one hour! Nobody wakes their kids to do test at 3am also occasional problem with test not matching lessons but always solved once I speak to them. Overall cannot get programming lessons anywhere in UK for £8 per lesson. Locally they cost £30 upwards. ### 1/5 — SCAM - Stay Away!!! *2023-12-08, version 2.2.6* Once they have your money. They should really teach this in school :/ the classes are good quality but the app hardly lets me in and it bugs often. In my experience, everything seemed very positive at the beginning — they were friendly, responsive, and made the trial sound great. However, after the trial, I was encouraged to leave a review early on, which made me question how genuine some online reviews really are. Things changed quickly after payment. The service did not continue as expected, and communication became difficult. This was frustrating and disappointing. DO NOT SIGN UP *2025-01-08, version 2.5.2* The teachers are sweet but hopeless and despite trying multiple different options we asked for our refund (which we were assured would be quick and easy when we signed up). 4 months later NOTHING and nobody will answer calls, emails or requests logged in the app. It could have been amazing but they fail so hard on this. Really trust me do NOT sign up. And it’s not a small amount of money!! When we originally signed up, we were promised access to another education program, which they never provided. My daughter is happy to be learning from her and I am very thankful for all the dedication she gives to Sabrina. I wanted to her to be Sabrina’s Robotic teacher as well as my daughter loves learning from her. Mrs. Reena Joy is very patient, kind, profesional, and she knows the material very well and makes it very interesting and easy to learn for my daughter. She also knows how to interact with my child and my daughter has a lot of fun taking her class, which makes it so much easier for her to understand. Mrs. Reena Joy is an exceptional teacher, and I am very happy to have my daughter learning from her and for her being my daughter’s teacher.
