The app doesn’t play well at all with various platforms. It requires a verification before you can even login but the verification goes to a different device that somehow NEVER communicates with the other device…despite helpfully telling you to go to your email and find it! So you give up on that device and think you’ll try your phone since it sends the verification there, but nope, that won’t communicate across app and email either. If I happen to be able to login by some fluke, it never finds the courses I’ve been assigned to watch so that I can actually do what I need to do.

The app will not allow me to log in. It prompts me to put in an email, says it will send me an email with a log in link, and it doesn’t. Not in my inbox or spam.

I have been given a Bright Course login by the association for which I volunteer. I downloaded this app hoping to make it easier to get to my assigned lessons. I enter my email username and the screen tells me that a link would be emailed to me to open the app. I tried at least 3 times to login and I never got an email. Thus the 1-star rating.

Can’t say enough good things about BrightCourse!! We use it for our clients at our pregnancy resource center 🙂 So many great topics, and the videos are informative, fun, and engaging — and they are consistently adding more lessons to the library! ❤️ THANK YOU to everyone at this organization for being so passionate about ministry and for being champions for others in the walk of life! ❤️
