## Most critical reviews (6 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — No longer works

*2021-06-22*

I enjoyed this app as an adjunct for relaxation practices but it no longer works.

### 1/5 — Waste of money - does not connect

*2016-06-24, version 1.1.28*

Total waste -scam

### 1/5 — I can't get this to work on my iPhone or iPad

*2015-09-05*

I can't get this to work on my iPhone or iPad so a bit of a waste

### 1/5 — What did I just pay money for.

*2015-02-11, version 1.0*

Not much information to how it responds. What do the colours mean or the shapes or sounds or anything at all. I want my 5 bucks back

### 3/5 — Not too sure what to think...

*2014-06-13*

It's very pretty, however there is no explanation of how this works or manual. No way of knowing if what you are doing is good or bad. An instruction guide or even simple directions would be greatly appreciated. Some idea what the various colors mean. If this was provided I would give it 5 stars. Good start so far. Hope the developer adds the necessary information to make it more useful.

### 5/5 — One of the greatest heart rate variability apps to come along in years!

*2014-12-03*

I have been practicing the use of HRV tools and software for around 10 years. I've always felt that the Holy Grail of this space would be a means of getting constant feedback on your current HRV in real time and being able to do it in such a way that you don't need to look at a chart or graph.

This app does this in a very stunning way by capturing the attention of the right brain as opposed to the left brain which which hits at the very heart of what tracking heart rate variability is all about.

Initially I was wondering, hey where is all the tracking? Where are all the tables and graphs and numbers? But as I went about my work with this app operating in the background on my iPad, I discovered that this app more than any other device or app I've used in the past was training me to get into the ideal state of mind and body.

There is no documentation, but you don't need any as long as you have A heart rate measuring device that has Bluetooth 4.0 enabled. The parent and the syncing happens automatically. If you just try it, you will see how it works and how I can transform your productivity, and optimize the status of your mind and body.
