My biggest complaint is how often it freezes when I’m looking through the schedule. Very frustrating as it happens every single time, and I enjoy seeing who is working and reading my notes. In addition, the fact that I can’t link my schedule to my calendar is surprising. There’s a feature to connect peoples days off but not my own scheduled work days. **Developer response:** Hi there! Needs to have an integrated clocking in/out function rather than a whole separate app. Other than that, it’s ‘ok’. Makes it sound amazing but in realitiy it’s useless. It doesn’t work with Xero so it’s a hot mess. I’m not able to use it unless it takes all my employees info/ wages info/ annual leave/ sick leave from Xero. I’m now stuck in a 3 year contract taking $159 per month and I can’t get out of it. They have some good hr templates but that’s it. I will never refer your app, I will just tell people how annoying it is. The Delete option is present but currently does not remove applied annual leave requests. What ever happened to humanity. Knock on the door sit down and talk. It shows the lazy ness of developers that makes these apps to change the world For the worse.This not for me. ### 1/5 — Poor software that cannot handle more than one employer *2026-04-27, version 10.18.8* As a cleaner, like many others, I have more than one employer. Unfortunately if they both use BrightHR and Blip, you need two different email accounts and logging out of blip doesn’t seem to log you out of BrightHR. Surely this predictable issue can be resolved? Stay away *2025-11-25, version 10.17.6* They sell you Contracts for 3 or 5 years and there’s no way out, even if you never use it try to cancel it the subscription NEVER STOPS. They’re thieves. The annual leave feature doesn’t help daily shift workers.
