I really wanted to give your app a try but it was very glitchy from the start… creating a user account took more than one attempt. Then while trying to use the app it kept asking me for a subscription even though I was already subscribed. Shame.

**Developer response:** Hi there, we’re really sorry you experienced this. We’ve carefully tested the app, and everything’s working correctly in the latest version. Sometimes this can happen if Apple’s App Store data hasn’t refreshed properly, a quick restart usually fixes it.
